Dear Ones， going with the flow does not mean abdicating your power or denying your wants and needs in order to get along with or please others.That would be giving your power away， and the true meaning of flow would be moving in the ways that best match and empower you.So to be clear the expression"go with the flow" really is saying"go with your flow".

I am Mother Mary and I look forward to wonderful days of light.The light is here now， dear children on Earth.The light has started to make inroads in all your hearts.There is a constant transformation going on in your bodies now.It is this that makes you tired and a bit disheartened.Take all opportunities for rest now dear children.Then the energy can more easily get established in your body.Blockages are more easily dissolved when in a state of rest.Soft and calm movements are also good.Focus on your movements and your body and the energy will more easily flow through.It is a time of rest for those that feel you need this and it is many of you now.

Dear Ones，are all of your parts supporting what you wish to create? Are you congruent? Do your actions match your words? Do you do all the things you can to move you forward? We would like you to examine a desire you have and ask yourself，do you do all of the things you can to support the creation of that dream? Or do you immediately think of reasons why that dream cannot be?

It is time for a pep talk.Actually，this will just be a reminder of things you are already familiar with.Of course，there are always new people finding us，and this may be the first time they have been exposed to these ideas.But events have recently occurred that have put many of you into a tailspin，as you call it.You feel lost，frustrated，and helpless.You had thought you were beyond such things.You had thought your world was beyond needing them，as well.But as wonderful as your current level of consciousness is，it may be some time before you reach that state.So，let us remind you of a thing or two.
