問：我曾經被告知我被委任把"真理之神殿"帶回地球。對於我能做到這點所有需要的步驟能否從揚升大師Hilarion這裡獲得一些指引呢？

摯愛的人們，在"存在"的更高層面有著大量的活動，許多的事情在發生。這個你們所瞭解的世界，在所有的層面它正被淨化。它必須被經歷，工作並清除很多世代以來所累積的已存在問題的許多層面。對於不知情的觀察者們來說，這個世界似乎是極為混亂的，但這並不是真正的事實，存在著一個"更高的目的"在運作中，而這就是你們，這些光之工作者必須銘記在心並持守的精神焦點。這是一個跡像—更偉大的靈性之光正在你們的世界之上被所有生命感受。然而，也存在著其他的力量在運作，試圖阻礙這更高頻率的影響，於是這些能量便在這個世界的人們之中製造混亂，痛苦和傷痛。

摯愛的人們，在你們通往啟蒙開悟的道路上經歷過許多次的走走停停。就在你們艱難的跋涉抵達山頂的時候，你發現自己已經歷過許多波折，迂迴的路徑，但最終你還是抵達了這個頂點。這就是此刻對於你們許多人在呈現的跡像；這也是在你們的內在此刻正觸及的。所有必須的一切便是你的"堅韌毅力"，以及你繼續著自己持有自身之光的決心，堅定的站在你的光中。

摯愛的人們，你們是此刻對於這顆星球完全可以利用的"最高頻率"的持有人，而這就需要堅定不移的保持對你自己的"誠實"和"正直"，且不論在你的生活中，在怎樣的局勢中你遭遇著什麼。作為神聖的真實體現，自然就義不容辭的建立在你們每個人自身榜樣的角色去展現這條道路，成為這不可墮落的存在，他們體現出的是自身靈性道路的不屈，因為一路走來所有這些相似的展示此刻都在改變。你們帶著全然的信心行走在還並不熟悉的疆界，以勇氣和創造力去建立你在行走中的全新現實，而它真的很美好。就在你行走這條旅程的同時，更高的實相在為你稱頌，為你鼓掌並支持著你，而你從未孤獨行走。

摯愛的人們，在這些天的生活中，身體承擔著一系列接收下載，處理下載，整合下載以及吸收與平衡這些下載能量的進程。你們每天的生活被這些運作充斥著。時間不論是過得快或是慢，取決於那個時刻的需要。就在你臨在的覺察意識面前許多的發生在經過。這些是一直被人類在星光體中堆積的能量此刻在浮現於表面並進行清理淨化，這就是一切相關的偉大淨化時刻。人類的大多數已經準備好繼續前進，他們做出了這樣的選擇。現在只是一個問題去進行這個工作，處於始終如一的堅韌態度，進行所有一切必要的工作看著它走向結束。

Beloved Ones，There is much growth taking place as people revisit the events in their past and make peace with them.Others have experienced drastic life changes due to unforeseen circumstances that came upon them suddenly which have left them with no homes or resources and they are now trying to deal with the after effects of the devastation that occurred.They literally must start at the beginning and create their lives anew.They are finding ways to reach out to each other to share their feelings in order that they may heal from the trauma they have been through.Through this mutual support， they are moving forward.

Beloved Ones，Many of you have been experiencing the feeling of sadness and observing these old emotional patterns from moments of time in your past life experience and it is good to see that you are becoming more proficient at just noting and releasing these moments as something of the past instead of dwelling in those old energies yet again.Bravo! You are regaining the mastery of your emotions! You may also have noted that these memories are those that have been buried deeply in your consciousness which go back further to more youthful experiences.This means that the cleansing of your cells is working more deeply than ever before.Let it through and intend to replace these with the pure white Light of the Christ energy.

As you are attuning to your Divine Self，you begin to have a two way conversation and this may open the door to a greater opportunity to establish a stronger and more powerful connection.Continue this practice and write those conversations in your daily journal.Many times，your spiritual guides come through to give you messages and information about yourself and your connection with them.Sometimes，this information talks about your greatness and this is something that you will resist，thinking that you have connected with a false entity.With regular recording of the information that comes through including the dates it occurred，you will begin to discern the underlying message and develop a greater trust in the connection.

Beloved Ones，Your desire to experience peace in every facet of your life requires the letting go of every thing that prevents the experience of it.It is，however，you who must do the necessary observation and introspection of the patterns that still remain and need attention.Do not become discouraged if they seem difficult to eliminate from your mental processes.Many times，it is really the energies of mass consciousness that impinge upon your senses which triggers all that is not yet completely cleared from within you.That is why we have advised previously that you take time at least once a week to perform the total energy clearing process to keep a high energy field around you.

Beloved Ones，The new beginning that everyone has been waiting for has quietly arrived，without bells，whistles or trumpet blares.It comes as a quiet，peaceful feeling within the depths of one's being and gently takes root within the garden of one's soul.Peace within，at last! Do not become discouraged by what you view through the lens of the media，there is more at work in the higher perspective than is presented to you.

Beloved Ones，We from the ascended realms of Light have been asked for a message specifically to the people of Turkey who have been experiencing frightening horrors through the events occurring in their country for the past eight months.Many souls in Turkey have been holding the Light of the higher vision of peace for their country and for the world and have been and continue to，earnestly pray for this to come into their daily living experience.They are finding it difficult to remain detached from the fear and anger that permeates the hearts of the people and the environment that they have no choice but to be a part of in their country.

Beloved Ones，You are experiencing the effects of the previous downloads that have been given and are finding yourselves going within as the inner revelations come.There is much inner work being accomplished as you realize that somewhere along the way，you have become the observer of your own life.This is a mighty step forward and will serve you well when thoughts come up to the surface.You can then simply say to yourself，「Oh，this is old energy，I do not need to do anything with it，I choose to let it go."Immediately replace this with a happier and more empowering thought that makes you feel good and happy about something positive that is occurring in your life.This is YOU taking back your personal power one thought at a time!

Beloved Ones，On the sublime level，much progress is being made by each person who walks in the Light.You are seen and acknowledged by the higher realms and most of you have been put into service in ways that your Divine Essence can most easily affect to become a greater part of your everyday human life.There is a greater focus on integrating spirit into matter and your human forms are feeling the effects of this in ways that are powerful and life transforming.The result is that many times you simply cannot cope with the bombardment of these energies that are prevalent during certain cycles that occur.It is in these times that it is important to remember our basic and ongoing advice which is to get out in nature，connect and ground by placing your feet onto the Earth，breathe deeply，for such practice helps to move stagnant energies through your system most efficiently.Drink at least 6 full glasses of pure water daily and enhance this water with your blessings and prayers before consuming.
