Dear Ones，the mind is much like a computer.Itonly knows what it is programmed to know.This is why it isn't the most ideal tool formanifestation because it is limited in its scope of possibilities.

You understand one of the most healing things youcan do for another is to truly listen to them and acknowledge their feelings.Imagine how healing it would be if you would simply do that for any unhealedaspects of yourself.This is exactly why emotions come up—not to overwhelm you ormake you uncomfortable but as an opportunity for you to hold a loving space ofacknowledgment so those aspects can move beyond the pain of being avoided ordismissed and finally heal.

It is throughthe use of surrender， faith， flow， and trust you discover spiritual solutionsto human problems.

What does it mean to have complete faith and trust in yourself? It means stepping out of self abuse into loving acceptance and self care.It means creating safe attachment with your wounded aspects of self so they can stay in an energetic space that supports their healing and reintegration.It means you make decisions from a place of wisdom and love for the empowerment of all， including you.Moving into a deep level of acknowledgement and trust in your innate wisdom and divine capability is the foundation of embodiment.

Surrendering into the flow with your faith and trust is a grand energetic declaration that you are giving your permission to be carried， guided， led， or floated beyond your challenges into the greatest discoveries.What we want you to understand that it is a completely supported， solution based system that is a co-creation between your soul and your team of guides.As such， it is impossible for it to take you somewhere worse as it is programmed to only take you to your next highest experience.There is nothing to fear with the act of surrender as it is designed to bring you energetic comfort and tangible signs and direction when you cannot see the next steps from your vantage point.It is how you use your free will to work in tandem with spirit and fully utilize the guides and supports that have always been in place for you.

A common theme many of you experience is wondering if you are doing enough.To this we ask， have you felt the energies? Are you consciously trying to walk your own unique path? Are you self aware? Are you sensitive? Are you kind? Are you interested in healing and growth? Are you perfectly imperfect and trying to do your best?

While faith and trust are often used as interchangeable terms， there is a distinct difference.Faith is the belief in something bigger than you.Trust is knowing that bigger something is always and consistently there for you in whatever ways you need.Most of you have the belief piece firmly in place， but wobble when it comes to the trust piece.But could the missing trust piece be a lack of trust in yourself?

We understand that many of you，in your desire to be diligent and get things right，worry that you are missing things or stuck.But when you are constantly doubting and re-evaluating how you are doing，you are falling into a trap of being judgmental or resistant to yourself and your own mastery.Dear Ones，you are the ground crew on an ascending planet.You are doing a magnificent job!

Dear Ones，on the topic of mistakes—you expand from your experiences.Sometimes you try something and you like it so you include it as part of your preferences.Other times you might try something and find it isn't a match to you at all.Sometimes you will show up as a beautiful expression of your highest self.Other times you may be having a bad day and know you could have done better.All of these give you an opportunity to decide what you want more of and what you wish to leave behind or do differently.

As you continue along your evolutionary journey， you may find relationships suddenly severing.This can make you feel sad and dismayed.This can also trigger any unhealed abandonment or rejection wounds.

We were recently asked，"How do I stop thinking the thoughts I don't want to think?" We would like to address this today.

Your most profound moments of connection and love come from being in a space of complete non-resistance to it.Your whole-hearted acceptance and gratitude create moments of magic.How wonderful these elements are completely available to you， whenever you like， to shift both your relationships with others and the energy of your now moment.All you have to do is make the conscious choice to use them， and through that change of focus your entire experience can change in the blink of an eye.That is how powerful you are!

We were recently asked，"The thing I can't get my mind around is where the soul wants to go and where my ego wants to go.How to get them to agree more? How do I know what I desire(ego) is what my soul has planned? How do I know why I have those blocks so I can more easily work within them? For example，how long do I have to wait for things to flow when I am on a time frame of what someone else wants from me? Like vendors requiring money to do projects and repairs on my property.Why is it really so difficult?" We wish to explore this with you today.
