The Sirius star system is unique in having one of the largest numbers of fifth-density self-servers anywhere. Since they are in your corner of the universe, that is significant. They are part of your galactic family, so you reincarnate there and they reincarnate here. All the extraterrestrials being introduced to you through these pages are members of your galactic family. This means that when you die, you might not come back to Earth immediately but reincarnate on any of the other planets in your galactic family of a similar density. There you may stay only briefly or for many incarnations before you reincarnate somewhere else. You may be used to thinking of yourself as reincarnating only on one planet (Earth) repeatedly until you evolve beyond the physical plane. However, you actually reincarnate on other planets besides Earth while you are evolving through the physical plane (third and fourth density).

You are considered a Star Person on the planet you go to only if you have evolved beyond the density of that planet. For instance, if you are third density and you reincarnate on a third-density planet, you would not be considered a Star Person. But if you are fourth density and you reincarnate on a third-density planet, you would. The difference between Star People and others is that Star People do not reincarnate on a planet for their own growth (although they do evolve there), as much as to help that world.

There are third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh density planets in your galactic family. So Star People and Walk-ins visiting Earth may be fourth, fifth, sixth, or seventh density. Seventh density Star People are extremely rare. Christ was sixth-density. Fifth-density Star People are fairly common, as are fourth density. Fourth-density Star People are a little more advanced than the ordinary Earth inhabitant, similar to the old souls on your planet.

To add to the confusion, time is not actually linear; past, present, and future coexist simultaneously. This means that you could meet extraterrestrials from the past and from the future, not just from the present. As you might expect, extraterrestrials from the past are less evolved than their present or future selves. The negative Orions, for instance, are from the past, while the positive Orions are from the present. The negative Sirians, on the other hand, are from the present. This is the major difference between the negative Orions and the negative Sirians. The negative Sirians are more advanced than the negative Orions.

We are leading up to the next chapter, about the Orions, by way of describing the Sirians because the Orions and the Sirians are closely related. The Orions existed within the Sirius star system before they moved to the Orion star system. The negative Orions enter your world the same way the Sirians do: through reincarnation, Walk-in, and materialization. Unlike the Sirians of late, the negative Orions have been materializing on your planet recently, most commonly as the infamous Men in Black. We will say more about them in the next chapter.

Because the negative Sirians are more evolved than the negative Orions, they often act as guides to them. That is one of their roles. They are the ones sending messages to the negative Orion Star People and Walk-ins psychically and through the subconscious mind. Other negative Orions are working with them, but the negative Sirians are heading this operation. The negative Sirians figure they will use the negative Orions and then get rid of them. The negative Orions are aware of this, but they are not intimidated by it. A sense of invincibility is another failing of self-servers.

The positive Sirians are not concerned about the negative Sirians' activities on your planet. They understand their methods and are following their activities closely. This is one advantage the positives have over the negatives: They understand the psychology of self-servers, while the opposite is not true. The positive Sirians will let the negative Sirians go about their business until the negatives interfere with them. When this happens, the positive Sirians will stop the negative Sirians.
正面的天狼星人並不擔心負面天狼星人在你們星球上的活動。（因為）他們知曉他們的手段，並且在密切的關注他們的行動。這是正面的人們長於負面者的一個地方：他們知曉服務自我者們的心理，可是反過來，服務自我者們卻並不知道對方的心理。只要負面的天狼星人不妨礙他們，正面的天狼星人會讓他們去幹他們想幹的事情。可是只要他們妨礙了，那麼正面的天狼星人就會阻止負面的天狼星人。

Your planet is a battleground of sorts, but that shouldn't surprise you. Throughout history, many have seen it as a battleground for Good and Evil. This is truer now than ever. Fortunately, the forces for Good still far outweigh the forces for Evil, even though more of each exist than ever before. Moreover, good has always had advantages over evil.

The positive Sirians will continue to work through channels, psychics, the subconscious mind, and dreams. They may manifest briefly if necessary, but mostly, they will remain hidden. This in no way diminishes their importance. They have always been the most significant group of extraterrestrials involved with your world. They will continue to guide and serve you during these times, and they will do it with more understanding and wisdom than ever before because of what they have learned from being your teachers and your “gods.”
