Ben Fulford: 好的，目前的情況是美國已經破產了。二戰過後，人類文明建立了以美國為核心的社會體系。現在這個核心架構構需要徹底改變。我們需要召開一次新的布列敦森林會議，建立一套全新的國際治理架構，讓我們能在一個地球村裡面共同生活，而不是繼續被一群崇拜撒旦的秘密權貴獨裁統治。這正是我們努力的目標。
目前，我們必須等待美國崩潰。大家已經可以從新聞報導當中感覺到美國正在迅速崩潰。現在的川普總統是一個冒牌貨。這個假總統已經把美國也變成了瘋子治國的情況。他最近還揚言要動用《叛亂法》，也就是要實施戒嚴並出動美軍對付美國公民。他說我們不需要舉辦期中選舉。他甚至讓以色列國防軍的特工冒充移民及海關執法局的幹員來殺害美國公民。
現在美國的國運已經進入尾聲了。我非常確定軍方內部的白帽聯盟已經知道川普已經發瘋了，而且會把他趕下台。一旦冒牌川普下台，我們就能進行新的布列敦森林談判，世界各國會達成和平協議。新社會上線之後會進行某種形式的債務大赦。所有的債務會被一筆勾銷，資產也會重新分配。我們會重建西方經濟的治理體系，以免中國持續成長，西方原地踏步，到最後顯得西方各國微不足道。以往美國獨霸世界的格局正在終結。這個世界正在朝多極化發展。現有體制的既得利益者們會拚死反抗，阻止其他國家跟美國平起平坐。但是這個趨勢終究會成為現實。

The process of shifting into the golden planetary timeline, the most optimal timeline for the planet, is about to begin.

As the Light Forces are ramping up the energies to achieve the final purification of the planetary surface, the battle for the planetary timeline intensifies.

Implants have already been cleared, ahead of schedule. The only part remaining are physical biochips of the surface population, about which I will speak later in this article.
