In the stillness and quiet of Self you will find things to shed， discard， release and relinquish.It may be a challenge.It is， however， necessary for your further growth.

There will be those that， no matter what you do or say， will actively choose to remain mired in their negativity.They have been in that particular space for so long， they know nothing else and no amount of cajoling will make them see your world otherwise.It is their safe space and they will steadfastly refuse to abandon it.The world and all its inhabitants have done them wrong and， by God， they will make sure you know it!

The stage is set， the actors have and are on their marks， the orchestra is poised and ready to begin the swell of music signaling the beginning of Act I. Where are you? Are you in the audience， sitting back and watching it all unfold before you? Or are you on stage participating and moving the story in a different direction? In the coming weeks and months， you will have a very important decision to make.

Love does not hide when confronted with truth.Love IS truth.If you are experiencing anything else， it is not love.

When you begin to doubt yourself and your decisions， remember this; you are a miraculous creation of The Universe born with every single tool you need to make a difference for yourself and your world.

To find your bliss， look inside.However， only you know where it is and how to activate it.

This is to those of you that know the Universal Energy; recent events on your Earth plane needed to be brought into play to highlight the rift in the collective consciousness.It is a barometer of sorts…to show you who is fully asleep， who is awakening and who is fully awake. For those of you "in the know"， the skills you have been developing for years of your Earth plane existence will most definitely come into play.Be gentle with yourself，be gentle with those learning and， rest assured， that all is going according to plan.

The chasm between where you are and where you want to be is exactly as your thinking makes it.Why make it impossibly wide when it can be easily jumped?

My beautiful light， I have a gentle reminder for you; expressing a negative emotion changes that emotion. If you express fear， it changes fear. If you express sadness， it changes sadness.If you express anger， it changes anger. The issue is not in the expressing，dear one， but in the"holding" of the emotion. If it is expressed， it can be changed!

During this time of healing and awakening， it is very important that you respect the processes of your brothers and sisters.That does not mean to support when your view is counter to theirs.It means letting them move through whatever they need to move through in their own way.Some of you may feel fine while others need to embrace their darkness，be angry about it and then move back toward the light.Keep this in mind， dear child…there are 7.5 billion ways of dealing with a situation.Not one is completely right or wrong， it just is.Give each the room to negotiate emotions as they see fit.

Now is the time!  Stand up， be strong in your beliefs and show the world what you are made of. Throw your arms in the air and shout，"I am alive" !

There is magic all around you.Do not let the joy of what you consider "little things"escape your notice.

After an emotionally painful experience， it is not uncommon for you to retreat to a quiet space and "lick your wounds".This is very human! When things do not turn out the way you had planned it is important to remember that you are still connected to your brothers and sisters both in times of peace and in times of conflict. My darlingand beloved child， take your time in your quiet space and do what you need to do. When you are ready， come out and be ready to affect the change you agreed to and were sent to do.

The Universe is constantly showing you things you need to grow.Accept or deny， grow or stagnate， love or fear…it is always your choice.

The chasm between fear and safety has always been as wide as you choose it to be.

Many say they have nothing left to give.If you can give one thing，give Love.There is an infinite supply on hand and it costs nothing.

There will be times when you will feel let down by those around you.It is an inevitable part of being human. However， the "letting down"part may not come from the other person's actions.Instead， it is due to an unrealistic expectation from within.It may take a while， dearest one， but look at the situation that generated the feeling.

There is no danger，fear，sadness or loneliness except that which you create.

People are going to think what they think， do what they do and keep their dearest and/or most devastating thoughts to themselves until they feel safe enough to express them.The most obvious and the most missed key to all of it; there is nothing you， as individuals， can do to change this.It is a part of letting those you care for the most walk their own path in their own way.That， dear ones， is Unconditional Love.

There may be times， my beloved child， when you will want to go back to a simpler，easier time. You will long for the connections of your past and wonder why things have changed.
