深度的療癒

 
It is important to take the time to go within and do the deep healing that is necessary for not only you current physical healing but also the old wounds that have left scars in your mental and emotional body.When these deep healing's take place,it sets you free from the past and allows you to move forward with a beautiful ease that has been missing.
重要的是花時間進入內在,進行深度的療癒,不僅對你當前的身體療癒來說是必要的,對你精神和情緒身體中留下傷疤的舊傷口來說也是必要的。當這些深度的療癒發生,這會讓你自由於過去,讓你伴隨著美麗的輕盈前進
 

Affirm that you are reclaiming your power and peace of mind.Open your heart and your mind to the light of Divine love and allow yourself to feel compassion,for yourself and others,regardless of the origin of your pain.Make self care a priority as you are worthy and worth it.Release and let go and put any pain or trauma behind you so that you can feel greater joy as you are free to move on to something more meaningful for you and your life.
確認你在恢復自己的力量和平靜。敞開心和頭腦,向神聖之愛的光,讓自己感到慈悲,對自己和他人,不管你痛苦的起源。讓自我關照成為優先級,因為你值得。釋放和放下任何的痛苦或創傷,這樣你就可以感到更大的喜悅,因為你可以自由地前往更加有意義的東西
