Dear Ones， you do not need 100% compliance with spiritual practices to make a difference in your life.Far from it! Evolution comes from small， continual shifts and adjustments that when added up over time accumulate into bigger， profound change.So be easy with yourselves! Your awareness and intention to shift are all that are required to get you moving in the right direction.You won't be perfect at it， but once you start to experience how much easier things go when you are applying the spiritual practices that resonate with you， they will slowly but surely become your preferred way of doing things， and that is how your growth and transformation occurs.

When no one is allowing their authentic self to lead the way， life can be very confusing.You are trying to navigate life in a way that honours everyone， but everyone is pretending to be a character in a play， so it is incredibly difficult to discover how to do that.Your inner knowingness may sense a different essence underneath the mask of the character， adding to your confusion， because you aren"t sure which self to connect with.The inner self is not being allowed to show， and the false self is an illusion.

Growing Pains

Your yearning to be of service is simply your soul wishing to move into higher and higher vibrations， for when you hold those vibrations， you are serving yourself， humanity， and the planet.It is your continual evolution that is driving the shift.If you understand it begins within first and make that your priority， you will find that from there the more tangible expressions of service will naturally present themselves.

You have much to celebrate! When you tap into your deepest feelings of peace and happiness it changes the way you experience the world around you.Hold the thoughts and feelings of those times when you were in the flow of the energy of the universe and all things felt possible and that you were unstoppable and attract more of those opportunities to your life.

There is an innate knowingness inside of you， always， that will lead you in the way that best matches you.All you must do is still yourself and intend to connect with that inner wisdom.If you do that， you will always discover the best way to proceed from the deep knowingness that represents your truth.Feel free to consider the advice of others but remember， they can only advise based on what would be best for them.Your inner guide always knows the uniquely perfect direction to take that will honour you and what you wish to experience for your own growth and evolution.

Be Optimistic and keep a positive outlook

There is a tendency in humans to put off allowing yourself to follow the joy， step into making a difference， or embrace your next grand experience.Why not lovingly make the decision to do something you"ve always wanted to do this weekend? It is by honouring those inner desires you will fall in love with life all over again.

If you have been denying yourself and your needs for a very long time， there will come a point where it becomes impossible to do so any longer.Your soul， lovingly， will create some kind of catalyst that will insist that you must start to consider self.It may be in the form of an illness， the loss of a job， the upheaval of a love relationship， or simply such a deep discomfort that it becomes impossible to continue on the same way.

As you are in unprecedented times and unprecedented energies， you may suddenly find that your interests change， that your passions shift， that your service evolves.This is wonderful! It is simply proof of your expansion， your mastering one phase of your journey， and moving on to the next.Be willing to lovingly let go of the old as you embrace the new， Dear Ones， for as you evolve your matches do as well， to reflect your truth and beingness.

Dear Ones， the energies are moving so quickly for you now.If you are unsure of how to proceed in an area of your life， it is perfectly ok and recommended for you to wait until you have greater clarity before you make a decision.In fast forward energies such as you are in， it will not take long for the answer to become clear.Don't pressure yourself to decide anything until you can be sure what feels best for you.Keep your focus on what you would like to create.Surrender and flow into your highest good.It will all unfold beautifully if you follow these simple suggestions.
