There has been this insidious belief that has been conditioned into you that says you are not ready to handle freedom.Freedom and authentic power go hand in hand.Together they embrace your divine capability as a co-creator of your own life expression， as well as the great shift that is happening on your planet.

Be in harmony with your day， or bring your day into harmony with you.There is no greater gift you can give yourself than feeling good about a day well done and the sense of satisfaction that goes with it.This is how you are in greatest service to the Universe and therefore yourself as these two are truly not separate at all.

Constraining yourself creates discomfort， as your soul is always seeking to grow and expand.Attempting to constrain others， will create discomfort in your relationship with them and will ultimately cause them to have to reject you in order to honour the freedom the soul is seeking.

Have you ever had the most marvellous day， where everything fell into place with incredible ease? Days such as that are days where you have found the flow and are open-heartedly accepting the support and movement it offers.Those days do not have to be once in a blue moon， Dear Ones.You can ride the energetic wave and harness the support of the flow every day if you choose， by intending to surrender into your highest good with faith and trust.Once you start doing so， we would say it will very quickly become your preferred method for navigating your day to day life.Are you ready to give ease a chance?

Loving yourself is simply a matter of inclusion.It is deciding to take yourself into consideration along with everyone else.Isn't it time you invited yourself to your own party?

Opportunities are there

A fun and easy healing technique is to call on your own little healing sun.If there is a part of your body that is hurting， imagine your healing sun going to that area and beaming warming， healing light to that area that penetrates right down to a cell level.If you are feeling lonely or sad， imagine your healing sun beaming love into your heart centre.If you are having trouble with your thoughts， imagine your little healing sun beaming soothing light onto the top of your head and sending reassurance and relaxation right into your brain.Healing doesn't have to be complicated to be effective， Dear Ones! Again we urge you to have fun with it and to experiment with whatever you intuitively are guided to try.After all， you are the experts on you， and as such， will often come up with the most effective fixes for your own energetics.

You have completed the first half of 2016， and all of the shifting and releasing that it has made possible.Congratulations! Take a moment to bask in the light of this day， and embrace the endless possibilities that are possible now that you have energetically locked in all the progress you have made.Take a moment to acknowledge the courageous capability that has brought you to this point! It's a wonderful day to stop， honour yourselves， thank your guides and helpers and have a moment of gratitude for your role in this great Shift on your planet.It is also an ideal time to consider what you would like to create moving forward from this new energetic platform.You are celebrated for all that you have done， and all that you will continue to do! You are all doing such a spectacular job， both individually and collectively， and are loved beyond measure.

Acceptance is such an important element for creating comfort in your lives.It is essential in order to move into the things you wish to experience more of.

There is incredible healing available to you from nature.The sun has healing properties that you have just barely begun to scratch the surface of.For your general well-being we recommend ten minutes of sun on bare skin daily.The ground itself is wonderful for clearing and transmuting energies.Simply lie on the ground and connect with Mother Earth， asking her to cleanse you and also to gift you some of her balance and wisdom.

Any imagery that feels loving and good to you can be instrumental in any healing you would like to create for yourself.Many of you would like to release old wounds and attachments to others.Imagine them simply leaving your body， joyfully and easily， up to the heavens to be transmuted.You could see them floating away like balloons， being carried by angels， or flown away with the assistance of doves.Choose whatever feels light and good for you! Know that there is healing for all involved whenever you use this technique.

You don"t need to rush into action right now.

We love that with your awareness， many of you are starting to ask yourself during times of energetic intensity，"Is this mine?""Who does this belong to?""Is this from the collective?" All wonderful questions! But we would like to add another factor that can be helpful to ask about.It is，"Is this from this lifetime?" and"Does this apply to this lifetime?"

All you need to do is ask and what you seek will come to you.The trick is in learning to quiet yourself enough to pay attention to the messages and signs that are sent your way as answers to your prayers.You have available to you a bevy of angels， guides， masters and human angels and incarnate masters to help you.
