Evolution comes from small， continual shifts and adjustments that when added up over time accumulate into bigger， profound change.So be easy with yourselves! Your awareness and intention to shift are all that are required to get you moving in the right direction.You won't be perfect at it， but once you start to experience how much easier things go when you are applying the spiritual practices that resonate with you， they will slowly but surely become your preferred way of doing things， and that is how your growth and transformation occurs.
