"What are the gifts for me in this right Now moment?"is an excellent question to ask, for it immediately shifts your focus to acceptance, expansion, gratitude, and acknowledging that the universe is always, always loving, serving, and supporting you in a multitude of ways.

You are grand experimenters in the realm of experience.There is a myriad of options available to you all the time! Because there are so many options available to you, much like a grand buffet from the universe, there may be things that are not your taste or preference. Much of the energetic focus of this year will be on you stepping forward as an empowered creator of your life expression.Many of you have good ideas about what you would like to create and experience, but hold yourselves back because you feel if you don't have all of the elements to create your desire in its entirety you can't begin. Dear Ones, we admire the fact that so many of you are following more natural and holistic approaches to healing.There is much wisdom in this and the earth provides so much of what you need! There may be times, however, where you do need more traditional medicine to move into a model of whole health.

Judgment is looking at something with a focus towards what is wrong with it and using that assessment to perpetuate separation.Observation is looking at something and seeing it as an opportunity for your own expansion while staying in a place of connection.

Surrender and acceptance allow you to both untether yourself from what is holding you back and stay open to receiving what supports you and best matches who you are.They work together beautifully to keep you out of resistance and in flow, which is the fastest way to move forward with the greatest amount of help and comfort possible.

Dear Ones, do you believe you can have it all?Do you believe all your dreams are available to you? Or do you believe you can have only have a limited amount of success in the creation of your desires? Do you think it is greedy, unattainable, or will result in bad things happening to you if you have it all?

There are two predominant energies enlightening human beings are often reluctant to acknowledge within themselves or express –grief and anger.They feel the emotions are not spiritual enough, are not valid because they are not in line with their highest selves, or do not wish to add what they consider to be a negative emotion to the collective. Dear Ones, your greatest discomfort will generally come from two things.One is expecting an external to make you whole, which is giving your power away. The other is being in resistance to your Now moment.

Dear Ones, the amount of judgment you experience towards others is directly proportionate to the amount of fear and feelings of powerlessness you still carry within you.Judgment is the by-product of assessing threats, and leads to separation. Whenever a person chooses to separate, it is because they are afraid.

There is great wisdom in staying still if you do not know how to proceed in your life.You may need more information to know how to move forward in a way that truly matches who you are and what you wish to experience. Biding your time is allowing yourself to get more clarity, either through self examination or through the flow bringing you more details that help you know the right way to proceed.
