Spirit is present within you and comes through you in everything you touch，spiritually and physically.You have an impact on the world around you，whether you are aware of it or not，through your touch on the world.The presence of the Divine is within every touch you share，it opens hearts，and creates pathways of possibilities through love，understanding and compassion.Allow your healing presence to make waves of love rise up in your world，to allow for deep healing，to allow for your touch to be a sacred healing available to all and help them to awaken to this love deep within them.

Strengthen you confidence and belief in yourself.This will help you to balance the systems of your body and give you clarity in those times when you are faced with choices or decisions to make.Focus on the qualities you have or wish you had that bestow a sense of confidence，like knowing what your doing，getting things done，feeling good about yourself，feeling happy，seeing the desired results of your manifestations materializing in your life，etc.
加強你的信心，相信自己。這會幫助你平衡身體的系統，給予你明晰，在那些面對選擇或決定的時刻。專注於你擁有的品質或者希望擁有的來授予一個自信感，好像知道你所做的是什麼，把事情完成，對自己感覺良好，感到開心，看到渴望的結果在你的生活中顯化等等。

 
Now imagine that you breathing in all the qualities of confidence that you listed and allow the feelings of strength and confidence in your abilities to flow through you and remember this feeling.Throughout your day if at any time you find you need to boost your confidence，remember this feeling and allow it to once again boost your energy level and belief in yourself.You can do it and you have what you need to succeed.
