穩固自己,使用能量的保護
Just as you wouldn't want to go out in the freezing rain without a coat,don't go out in highly volatile energy times without a coat of protective light to help you stay safe and warm and this is one of those times when it is most important to be conscious of this practice and use an orb of light in any colour you feel guided or use the rainbow and then some white light and you are covered.

Ground yourself before you begin your day or any activity that requires mental alertness and you will find you are more aware and present in your now.Grounding increases your ability to concentrate,and assists you to develop a higher level of patience,stability,connectedness,and practicality.
在開始你的一天或者任何活動(需要精神警惕)前穩固自己,你會發現你更加具有意識和處於當下。穩固提高你的能力去集中注意力,協助你發展更高層次的耐心、穩定、連通性和實踐性
Go outside or imagine that you are standing on the earth.Take some deep breaths and feel yourself connect to the earth.Notice all of the colours and sensations that come to you and your body.Allow yourself to feel the healing power of the earth as your connection to her strengthens,you go deeper and you become one,and when you are ready or feel you are done,bring your awareness back to your now,feeling connected to the earth and ever present in the moment.
