Grounding and Shielding
穩固和防護
 

You cannot always control what is happening around you or what energy you find yourselves in throughout your day，however you do have the ability to work with and control the energy around yourself—your auric field—and bring yourself or keep yourself in a state of harmony.It is always your choice，just as it is the choice of others to feel what they are feeling.

Your angel guidance is to ground yourself each morning when you begin your day.Connect with the earth and check in with your day，your plans and intentions for the day and ask for guidance to help you remain peaceful and grounded while you accomplish your tasks with ease，speed，and whatever else you choose so that you will have plenty of time for the pursuits of your heart.Then，surround yourself in an orb of light filled with love，peace，joy，happiness，strength，courage，or whatever else you would like to feel as you approach the day.
