Take the time to Ground Yourself
花時間穩固自己
 

Have you been feeling spacey，confused，or perhaps forgetful lately? This can mean it is a good time to ground yourself."Ungroundedness" can mean that your attention is directed up too high，as if your not in your body，or part of you is not connected to you.A balance is needed between a focus on your spiritual pursuits and a focus on the Earth stuff.Grounding will assist you to better concentrate and focus，and will also help to increase your connection to other realms such as the angels.
你最近是否感到昏沉，困惑或者健忘？這可能意味著是時候去穩固自己。「輕浮」可以意味著你的關注太高了，好似你不再身體中，或你的一部分不與你連接。在專注於你精神追求和塵世事務之中需要平衡。穩固會協助你更好地集中和專注，會幫助提高你與其他領域比如天使的連接
 

Part of having a human experience is being in and of the physical world.The angels want to remind you of the importance of being connected to mother earth and the earth journey.Consciously take the time to connect with the earth as this will help you to be here and aware of what is going on around you. You can ground yourself by walking on grass or soil，barefoot if possible，by hugging a tree or touching a plant，or by visualizing roots coming from the bottom of your feet into the earth.Keep a favourite picture of a special place that helps you feel connected to the Earth and at anytime during your day you feel spacey or not connected，visualize yourself in that place and remember.
