Treat each new day as a new beginning， a new opportunity， a new canvas upon which to paint the story that is your next chapter in your book of life.When you awaken each give thanks for this new day and set your intention， from your heart， of what it is you would like to create for yourself， those you love， and your life in general.Be as specific as you can about the energy and emotion you would like to achieve and then allow it by being open and aware so that you recognize the signs sent to you by your beautiful entourage of light beings.
