Clear the energy around your physical body and then surround yourself with a loving light and energy each day.You are sacred space and it is helpful to clean away what doesn"t serve you or your mission.Once you are in this conscious and clean sacred space， do the same with your home and workplace or any other place you spend a great deal of time.This will help you have a better day， every day and lets you better tap into and utilize the unseen forces of light and the insights they can share with you to make things happen for you in a better way.
