You are supported and it is safe for you to let yourself out and be who you are and who you are meant to be.Relax and let the process unfold.Don"t let the genie out of the bottle all at once， let be a slow and unfolding process so it doesn"t get overwhelming.Rome wasn"t built in a day and neither were all that you put in that bottle in the first place.It does get easier as you go along so it is better to learn to go with the flow from the start.
