A lot of you spend an inordinate amount of time feeling bad due to the judgements of others who simply cannot see you in your truth.Hear us when we say they are not qualified to judge you.How do we know? If they had the ability to see your heart，your truth，and your soul's agenda，they would only see you in your divine perfection，exactly as you are，with complete love and acceptance.
你們中的許多人由於無法看到真實的你的那些人的評判，而度過了非常難過的時光。聽我們說，他們沒有資格來評判你。我們是怎麼知道的？因為如果他們有能力看到你的心、你的真理、你的靈魂議程的話，那他們只會以完全的愛與接納來看到你神聖的完美。

Do you see? The simple fact that someone judges you lets you know they are not qualified to judge you，for if they were they would have no interest in judging you at all.And perhaps，just perhaps，as you let this truth settle into you，you will remember it the next time you are tempted to judge another，and will shift into choosing love and acceptance instead.
你明白了嗎？一個簡單的事實就是，有人在評判你就表明他們沒有資格評判你，因為如果他們真的有資格，那麼他們根本就不會對你進行判斷。也許，只是也許，當你讓這個真理在你之內沉澱下來，在你想要評判他人的時候，你就會憶起它，這會使你轉向去選擇愛與接納。
