If you love yourself it doesn't mean you'll stop growing or miss certain aspects that you may wish to evolve beyond.It does mean you will create the perfect conditions for growth and healing to occur.If you are only ever in trouble-shooting mode with yourself， you will never be able to bloom into your highest expression of self because the many， many glorious things about you are not being acknowledged.You would not expect a child to thrive if you never validated their goodness， and you shouldn't expect that of yourself either.While we understand your desire to be diligent and leave no stone unturned about yourself， if you only search the shadows you will miss out on the sunshine.

如果你愛自己，這並不意味著你會停止成長或錯過你可能希望超越的某些面向。這意味著你會創造成長和療癒所需的完美條件。如果你只是處於自己的故障尋找模式，那麼你永遠無法綻放出你最高的自我表達，因為你的許多輝煌部份都沒有被認識到/承認。如果你從未確認一個孩子的良善，你不會期待他能茁壯成長/蓬勃發展，你也應該這樣對待自己(編註：愛自己、認識/承認自己美好的一面、善待自己)。雖然我們理解你想要勤奮，盡力做自己，但如果你只搜尋自己的陰暗面，你會錯過陽光。
