You have a saying on your Earth plane; "Get busy living or get busying dying."Once again， you are offered a choice to stand up， change directions and move forward or lie down and remain motionless. As challenging as the growth process may seem at times， the benefits are endless. Which are you going to indulge?

Love is not meant to be measured， counted and given only when it is given to you.Love is a free-flowing， blessed gift from the Universe meant for every living thing.Take a look at how you view love and see where you can grow.

Each and every one of you is on your own path.Release your need to compare yourself to others or to think of yourself as lesser or greater than anyone else.Different is neither good nor"bad"…your experiences are what you choose and uniquely YOU.

As you grow spiritually，some of you may view your bodies as something to despise; heavy，cumbersome packages that no longer serve you.In embracing your Earth-plane existence in its entirety(including your body)，there will be no need to "escape"into your mind.Everything you need is right there.

One of the few things that will show your growth to yourself and the world is the ability to admit when you are wrong. You， as a human being， will make mistakes. That is part of the reason you chose to manifest on your Earth plane. Lying， minimizing， speaking a half truth or playing the counter-transference "game"does nothing except erode your honesty and integrity. During this great time of change， these are two of the most important things you own. Use them to the best of your ability.

What of emotional pain， physical pain and the like? As beings of light on this Earth plane， it is showing you a way to change how you see your existence.As always—you are given choices on what， where and how to see your world.Experience each moment with love and the full knowledge that， with each challenge， you are growing.

Make every waking moment， everything you do and every breath you take an act of prayer， love， gratitude and thankfulness to The Universe.Therein will you find your true peace.

In today's world， there will always be someone telling you what is considered "attractive"， what is considered "acceptable"or what is considered "right". You have a choice， an opinion and a voice. Let go of what others think and let your heart and soul be your guide. The most beautiful gift you have been given is the ability to be yourself， use it.

It is time now， my beloved， to look to the future. The tragedies， trauma and disasters are a clear sign of the old ways dying. I will say this again; the old ways are dying and it is up to each of you to begin the work of healing humanity. Some of those who have been awakened， but know not what to do with the information and physical signals of awakening will appear and act unbalanced. Please do not ignore them! It is up to every human who experiences and/or comes in contact with these people to send them Unconditional Love and healing thoughts through whatever doorway(whether it be past， present or future) they are willing to accept it. You have been given the gifts you have for a reason…now is the time to put them into play!

In every experience you have chosen， there is something to learn.How quickly you learn is completely up to you.

You were born to this Earth-plane with a multitude of gifts.You are a singer， songwriter， dancer， clown， storyteller， seer and wisdom holder.The only thing stopping you from being good at all of them is…you.

Love is the most powerful force in your Earth plane existence.It does not matter if you take baby steps or quantum leaps…the only thing that matters is that you love.

Every human on the face of the planet to be kind， compassionate and caring. Yes， you may be triggered and have your moments when kindness may not be in the forefront of your mind， but it is there. If you choose to be passionately kind， The Universe will always return it to you in a myriad of ways.

Do not hold so tightly to your beliefs regarding change that you are unable to see change when it presents itself.

Let go and welcome the unexpected. In what appears to be chaos， the most wonderful and needed gifts arrive.

That moment in time，that fraction of a second when things in your life seem to move in slow motion is The Universe giving you time to rest before you start receiving in a big way! Do not fret over it， enjoy the quiet.

What you believe to be true at this moment is a resting point on your way to further growth.You are a constantly changing， evolving being of light; there is no end to the truth you can attain.

During this particular time of change it is important for you to begin the sorting process. Thoughts， actions， physical relationships and emotions are being brought to the surface and shown to you in an effort to help you recognize what you will keep and what you will let go. For the majority of them， no conscious awareness is needed….some will just fade away.

Compassion is not measured in the depth of emotion you feel， it is in the depth of emotion you let others experience.

When you are willing to move away from the "you did"and into "I feel"statements， you are realizing your own power as a Co-Creator of your existence.
