When you are experiencing a challenging situation， look at yourself and your reactions to other's actions as an observer.What do you see? How can you change? What do you wish to let go of? The situation will only remain toxic， difficult or hurtful if you let it.

Yes， I know there is pain， sadness and confusion. There is violence， death and those that choose to act soulless. Through all of this you are invited to remember; the Unconditional Love from The Universe never stops and， even in your darkest moments， it is there. When you feel as if you will be engulfed by darkness， take a step back and breathe….breathe in the purity of that Love and know there are far more of you manifesting peace than those attempting to destroy it.

Every day， The Universe presents you with opportunites of growth and learning.What you have planned may not always be what you receive.Allow the space for the those positive moments to move to and through you.

There will be times when you speak to others about your perceptions of the Truth Of The Universe and it will upset them.Do not take this personally.Instead， send them love.When they are ready， they will understand.

Being spiritual does not give you a free pass out of or away from using common sense， practicing integrity or being honest with yourself and those around you. Please remember; your "gut"can always be your guide. If it does not feel good in your body， then it most likely is not the right choice.

You have been denying your true calling for enough time.The reason you may be finding your life so challenging is because the Universe is asking you to move in a different direction.Take heed， dear child…it is time to move on.

Forced happiness does not make happiness.Forced joy does not make joy.When you can feel these emotions without question and without ego are they real in your Earth-existence.

Respect all belief systems.Each of you is on our own level， doing what works best for your energy in any given moment.You may not go along or believe what they do， but it is their truth.Love truth no matter where or how it appears.

Respect is defined on your Earth-plane as a proper acceptance or courtesy extended to another.This proper acceptance and extension of courtesy should be a given right rather than an earned one.When you treat yourself with respect， you will automatically treat others the same way.

On occasion， The Universe will present you with challenges to offer you a choice as to which direction to go.Instead of viewing them as insurmountable， see them for what they are; opportunities for growth and learning.

Do you realize WHY you chose to come to your Earth plane? You came to have fun! Being "enlightened"does not always have to be mundane， even or quiet.Laugh; take joy in the bodies you inhabit， smile and PLAY!

My dearest child….there will be times in your life when you feel disheartened and disappointed. Things may appear to be unfair as well as unchanging， even disastrous. Do not lose heart! Even though you may be experiencing these things now it does not mean they will continue indefinitely.

This is your "dreaming time"， a time to create anything you choose.Be bold， be brave and be brazen! It is what you were made for and you can!

It does not matter if most like or want to listen to what you have to say.The ones that are truly ready to hear and understand will be there.

Expectations are interesting things; they set one person up for failure and the other for disappointment.Why have them at all?

Look around you， every single person you rest your eyes upon is a Master-in-training.Now， look in the mirror; what do you see?

It is OK for you to be calm and centered amidst the chaos， even if those around you do not understand it.Every storm has an eye and it serves a purpose.

When you start believing that miracles can and do happen on a regular basis then they will show themselves to you.

Some of your growth with come with a great explosion of light flying in all directions.But， more often than not， it comes quietly and gently like the beating of a butterfly's wings.Each is a joy in and of itself.

Inside you， whether you can feel and see it or not， is a beautiful light being capable of giving and waiting to receive Unconditional Love.Embrace it!
