If you are dissatisfied with your current circumstances we would ask，are you being expansive? Flow is expansive.Acceptance is expansive.Appreciation is expansive.Inclusion is expansive.Curiosity is expansive.Imagination is expansive.Creation is expansive.Connection is expansive.Love is expansive!

Dear Ones， when things come up for you whether they be old hurtful memories or uncomfortable energies， they are coming up to leave because they are not who you are.Not only are they not who you are， they are not an energetic match to who you are， either.Identify them.Thank them for showing themselves to you on their way out and let them go， enjoying the fact that you will feel so much lighter without them.All of this is proof positive that you are well in the process of coming home to who you truly are.Rest easy in that knowingness， and lovingly tend to yourself as you shift into a new energetic space that reflects your latest level of beingness.

Dear Ones， we would like to present another way of looking at flow to add to your understanding of it.Think of the ocean， and all of its ripples and currents.The top of the water may be very choppy but the deeper you go， the stiller it gets.You can still catch powerful currents that can propel you forward that require no effort at all from you.Other times you may simply be bobbing gently and peacefully on the ocean floor， being cleansed and sustained from that healing environment.

Dear Ones， please be aware that past traumas can be triggered in order for you to experience different ways of dealing with them.When you begin to shift from knee-jerk reaction to conscious response， you will have proof that not only you are healing， you are finally gaining mastery over a particular theme that you wished to explore in a very intense way and eventually come to peace with.This brings your soul a great sense of satisfaction.Do you see?Apast trauma may come up into your awareness， not because you are unhealed， but to provide you an opportunity to respond to it in a different and more empowered way as a mile-marker on your healing journey.

Dear Ones， it is conscious leadership you seek as you shift into the new earth.You seek this kind of leadership in your teachers， your spiritual leaders， your inventors， your corporations， your politicians.This is also how you seek to lead yourself.

Some people say love yourself first.Some people say love others before you love yourself.We suggest that loving yourself AND loving others is the formula you seek that allows everyone to thrive because there is no separation in love.

It is quite common when human beings suddenly experience forward movement towards their dreams to fall into fear and doubt.We would like to discuss this today.

There is a pervasive belief that God tests you.Testing would suggest that you are being graded—that you could pass or fail，which would be judgement.What we want you to understand is there is no higher being interested in judging you or anyone else because judgement is a human construct not a heavenly one.Any being who has the ability to see the entirety of your choices and life expression would only be looking at you through the eyes of understanding，compassion，and love.

Fully knowing and accepting who you truly are and trusting your divine capability is an essential step in preparation of super accelerated flow.When the energies start to move very quickly you won't have a lot of time to sit and figure out what is a true match to you or what your preferences are.Flowing forward firmly anchored in the knowingness of who you really are and the broad traits of what you would like to experience will allow you to stay centred and respond on your feet in the ways that honour your truest intentions.The long lull period many of you have experienced over the past year has，in fact，been prep work for the huge leaps many of you are about to take.Trust that you are ready，remember what you know，and enjoy the expansion.

There is a great joy that comes from allowing your truest self to lead the way because it creates alignment and congruency within you.This takes you out of any resistance to yourself which only supports the unfoldment of your highest life expression.It is from that space of congruency that beingness naturally occurs，and when you allow yourself to navigate your life through your beingness，your life becomes incredibly satisfying because everything you choose to experience is an energetic match to who you really are.Simply put，being true to you emits such a pure and powerful broadcast of energy，magic can't help but happen.

Many enlightening human beings have trouble receiving.There are multiple reasons for this，but one that is rarely mentioned is that empaths are very uncomfortable receiving from the energies of martyred service.They simply do not want to receive if it comes at the discomfort of another.

Many enlightening human beings do not need to be on the planet at all.They came because they love，because they had a deep faith in humanity，and because they wished to be part of the great shift that is occurring.Since they didn't necessarily need to incarnate，many have decided to pick up where they left off from their highest spiritual lifetime and grow it from there.

When you attempt to challenge someone's beliefs，it can result in making them dig in and create an even deeper attachment to them.They can become so invested in defending their beliefs that they become unwilling to consider any other viewpoint，even when it becomes clear that their belief is no longer serving them.Because they have defended their viewpoint for so long，they feel they have no other choice but to continue with it.

One of the greatest gifts of being a human being is you get to try on many different beliefs.These beliefs evolve over time as your wisdom and awareness grows.This is a wonderful thing，and yet another way you experience expansion and flow.They key is to allow others the right to their beliefs understanding it is part of their own evolution.
