Deciding something isn't a match for you is giving a loud energetic no.There is nothing more you need to do.You do not need to look for other people's agreement，or to make any sort of point.The fact that something isn't the right energy for you is a decision only you can make from your own truth and vantage point.You are the energetic expert on you，and the only one qualified to decide what is appropriate for you or not.

When you truly understand that the enlightenment process is about BEing rather than doing，you move into a pure emanation of self and your life begins to shift profoundly to reflect that truth.Think of the word"become".Simply BE，Dear Ones，and the rest will come.

The ascension journey is a process of evolution that has its own divine intelligence.Not only does your body know what to do，you are also being supported energetically in the unfoldment of that evolution.

Dear Ones， you are experiential beings.This means that you learn and grow through having your own experiences.This explains why you so rarely adjust course from someone telling you to do something.You will usually need to trying something yourself in order for you to have the full energetic experience of it.That is exactly why you have bodies and are existing in the realm of physicality.

If any of your relationships are struggling， the fastest way to shift it is to practice appreciation.

One of the greatest discoveries of the times you are currently in is people realizing the actions of one， when combined with others of like intention， can indeed create profound change.Most people until recent times did not fully realize how quickly their actions and intentions could accumulate to assist the whole.They felt they， as individuals， did not have as much impact as they truly do.Experiencing the quantifiable effects of the each person's efforts lending to the whole is a profound discovery， for until now it was only a concept.This new truth will open up a world of new possibilities and potentials， all starting with the indisputable power of one.

We have spoken about how your focus is your blessing of continuation.Affirmations are a wonderful way of changing course by creating new intentions which connect you to new timelines.A wonderful， simple affirmation you can use to begin to transform any area of your life is to simply declare，"I have a joyful relationship with…."

Perfectionism is something many enlightening souls struggle with.This is due to their deep desire to make sure the shift occurs on your planet because many of you are holding the cell memory of times where a shift was possible and was not successful.

Many people wonder how they can have gratitude when so much in the world can seem to be going wrong.Some people think they need to be grateful even for what is not what they desire.While it is true that all experiences lead to your expansion， please do not put pressure on yourselves to be grateful for what is showing up in your experience that is not your preference.That would feel inauthentic to you， and we wish you to always be true to how you really feel.

Dear Ones， your dreams are like the planted seeds of flowers waiting to grow.How do you tend to your dreams? Do you nurture them? Do you give them the right soil， water， and sunlight they need to thrive? If they are not growing have you reevaluated their needs? What shift can you make that would better support their successful germination?

You are in a time where much has been churned up for you to examine and gain clarity.In many ways you are in a phase of preparation.So we ask you this.What do you really want that you don't prioritize or sabotage?

Giving birth is an accelerated flow.Even in the throes of labour you feel moments of intense squeezing， followed by a lull to catch your breath.All great movement is experienced as a combination of tangible activity combined with periods of lull.

Many of you have required contrast for self definition， and because of that have created the experience of having a villain in your life in order to feel and reaffirm your own goodness.But this contrast， in many instances， has perpetuated victim consciousness.What we wish for you to know is you can release your need to have the contrast of a villain.You are at the stage of your evolution where you can simply choose to embrace the innate goodness that you are.It is from that realization victim consciousness will finally release and deep healing will occur.
