Dear Ones， whichever phase you find yourselves in， it is divinely perfect for you.

What needs did you have that were not being met before the pandemic? Were you perpetually exhausted? Were you on autopilot without really being satisfied with your life? Did you feel like you never had enough time to get to all the things that needed to get done， let alone spend time in activities that would bring you joy? Did you wish you could develop a meditation practice but fell asleep every time you tried? Did you want to read， to learn， or spend more time with your family?

Many of you are being advised to stay at least six feet away from each other.This too is a gift.

My dear friends， we love you so very much，

A main focus in the times you are in right now is how you are feeling， and how others are feeling.This is anchoring in a new habit of awareness， consciousness， empathy， and compassion， which will create greater connection both within and with others.

Whether it be through staying at home， finding new ways to connect with those you love， or through active service， however you are demonstrating love is your gift to humanity through these unprecedented times.We honour you for being the love in so many varied and glorious ways， and for continuing to drive the grand shift of consciousness on your planet.

Shelley's Note：One of the things that has always amazed me over the years of working with Gabriel is how often he gives information before you need it.Yesterday this recent daily message from March7came back into my awareness and I was struck by how it so perfectly applies to what we are going through right now.Since it is thursday I decided to share it again as a throwback thursday post because I feel that it even though I just recently shared it， it has more impact today than the day it was posted.I hope you are being safe， honouring your needs and feelings， and are able to find some of the gifts this peeling back process is opening up for us.We are all in this together.

Being observational rather than judgmental of your circumstances and experiences is what helps keep you in empowered forward movement，for it is your inner wise one that does the observing and navigates by responding rather than reacting.This allows you to stay out of resistance and to stay in the flow.It is the flow that supports you in every now moment，and if there is anything that needs to be adjusted or tended to，it will naturally come up into your awareness.

Dear Ones，the reset you are experiencing involves taking things back to basics.It is through going back to basics you can create the strongest foundation for yourselves moving forward.

It is through the stripping away of distractions you become clear on what is working for you or not.There is nothing like a sense of deprivation to give you clarity on what it is you need and enjoy!

When you are in a sustained space of quiet， your self awareness has an opportunity to expand.This is wonderful for those who have been lost in the cycle of busyness and haven't been able to connect with those more subtle energies.

Dear Ones， the reactions to the times you are in are vast and varied due to people's personal histories both past life and current life， conditioning， and level of embodiment.

Loving yourself as well as others is fully surrendering into the flow of unconditional love that is Source.It is finally acknowledging yourself as a vital and beloved aspect of the whole.It is from that space of truth and authenticity all things become possible because you are no longer holding yourself separate， which allows you to receive all of the supports that have been there for you all along.

You have all heard how self love is a very important aspect for you moving forward.We would like to explain why this is so.

If you are being offered a time of reflection through isolation，you can gain much clarity through asking yourself the following questions.

Dear Ones， we understand that change can seem frightening to many of you.What we want you to understand is that your evolution is designed to move at exactly the pace that is perfect for you.If you are feeling frightened and resistant， you may find it helpful to substitute the words "unprecedented change' with "beautiful unfoldment'， for that is also a very accurate description of the process you are in right now that may feel softer and easier for you to embrace.

Another gift that is occurring if you are being drawn back into the energy of your homes is a reevaluation of your living environment.Many of you are getting to tasks you've been wanting to do for a long time， cleaning and purging， perhaps， or painting and doing renovations.This is absolutely wonderful， as your homes are an energetic extension of yourselves， and any adjustment you are making now will support you in the next phase you will be entering.The shift is occurring on all levels， all designed to give you the time and clarity to create a environment that better matches who you are and where you are going.

Many of you have been playing in the same pool of energy for a very long time， thinking you are blocked by a certain issues or challenges.You always have the wonderful opportunity for expansion by releasing your attachment to engaging with those obstacles and making the empowered decision to connect with what exists beyond them.You can take yourself out of the loop， Dear Ones， by being willing to be led into the discovery what exists in the realm of potentiality that is just beyond what you can see， and now is an ideal time to do just that.It will prepare you well for when it is time to step back out into the world for it will set you up on an entirely different timeline of potential and possibility.This is the power of the global reset we've been speaking of.

Dear Ones，one of the greatest adjustments to be made as you move into the second phase of your incarnation is making the shift from doing to being，and accepting that your beingness is more than enough.This can be a challenge because many of you have well-entrenched old conditioning and belief systems that say you must be doing in order to be worthy.
