Dear Ones, so many of you have been trained to constrain your emotions.This has led to you having a limited experience of self.

Surrender with intention is such a powerful act because it instantly starts moving you into alignment with what you wish to experience.

Worry is simply an indicator that it is time to deepen your faith and trust.

Dear Ones, you are the creator of your life expression.Love yourself enough to hold on for your highest outcome. You know what is a true match for you, and what is not. If you follow that inner knowing you can never, ever, make a mistake.

As 2018 is a year of emerging sovereignty, power issues will continue to be at the forefront.You will be exploring what it is, what it isn't, and how you wish to express it in your own life.

Choosing what you would like to experience is surrender with intention.So how do you know what to choose? Something that you feel non-resistant to, that you would willingly embrace the movement towards. An excellent affirmation for this is,"I choose a beautiful life". This is a particularly effective affirmation because beauty is one of the few things people, generally speaking, do not have fear of.

On this day where so many of you celebrate the bond of unconditional love that exists between a mother and a child, we wish for you to see that very same love is what exists for you from Source energy, just as strongly and consistently.You are so loved, in so many ways, for all that you are and all that you do.

The practice of gratitude is what allows you to fall in love with your life, and from that space all other things are possible.

Dear Ones, when you are going through a profound energetic shift, it will take precedence over all other things.For example, if you are trying to manifest something and an energetic download is available to you, you will automatically assimilate that download first because what becomes possible to you from that new energetic state will be quite different than the energy you started your intended manifestation from. There would be no point in supporting the creation of something that you would outgrow almost immediately.

Choosing to live your biggest most beautiful life doesn't just serve you, it serves everyone, for not only does it show people what is possible which allows them to consider new potentials, it also creates opportunities for you to have new experiences that can be joyfully shared with others.

The more your happiness depends on the wild card of what other people may or may not do, the more you will feel discomfort because that is giving your power away. You do not know what another person's soul agenda is or what they need to experience for their own healing and expansion. What you DO know is that every single person is masterful in their own right and have their own team of helpers and are as guided and loved as you are.

Gratitude is a simple and effective way to practice presence, and through that presence experience the beauty and magic that is always there for those who choose to see it.

Think of playing a game with a deck of cards.When there are no more moves to be made, you shuffle the cards. You know there would be no point in keeping the cards the way they are because they have nothing more to offer. You naturally embrace the change that comes from a freshly shuffled deck.

Dear Ones, it is so important that you decide for yourselves what any element is like for you. What ease looks like for you might be something completely different for another person. What you consider support might be the last thing another person needs and vice versa. What is fun for you may be an awful time for others. Even your expressions of love can be vast and varied.

Dear Ones, we wish for you to understand that all things serve you and you are always being presented with the exact opportunities you need for your growth, healing, and expansion the moment you are ready for them.

Peace does not come from finally having the ideal external conditions. It is the elements of faith and trust, acceptance and allowing, that create the foundation for the internal experience of peace, which then ripples out into your experience of the external world. It all begins within.
