What will you do today，my love? Will you spend your day in pursuit of things like gossip，negative self-talk，worrying or，Heaven forbid，hating another human being? Or…will you spend that time more wisely by loving yourself，releasing old hurts and pains or，perhaps，giving something to another that money just cannot buy?
我的愛，你今天要做什麼？ 你會整天都在蜚短流長、負面的自言自語、煩惱，或是老天保佑，但願你不會去憎恨別人？ 還是你會明智的把時間花在愛自己、放下舊的創傷和痛苦，或者給予別人金錢難買之物？
