It is easy to fall into doubt if you don't take the time to acknowledge your wonderful capability. So many humans are consumed with troubleshooting themselves and looking for what's wrong or what needs to be healed, they completely miss how successful they are being.

We wish you would create a success journal, where you would write down everything you have done that you are proud of, that you did well, that you did with an open heart and pure intention. If you wrote down every aha moment you’ve had, every kind or thoughtful act, every time your touch or your hug comforted another, every time your presence or words made a day brighter for someone, every shift of energy you have integrated, every moment of expansion, you would be astounded by the volumes of success you would have!

Not only is it safe to acknowledge the incredible job you are doing, it is time for you to do just that. A true accounting of how you are doing cannot be done by only looking at what needs improvement – it must also include what you are doing that adds to the light of the world, just by being you. If you are looking at things clearly, you will realize that the wonderful things about you far outweigh what you think needs to be fixed. From there you will find it much easier to move confidently into the new, because you will be able to see the many facets of you that make you such a precious gem on a shifting planet.
