We spoke yesterday of taking action and treating your path like a treasure hunt. You may wonder how this applies if you are in a lull rather than an action phase on your journey.

Let us assure you there is always treasure to be found! An action phase encourages you to find the treasure externally. A lull phase encourages you to find the treasure internally. This can be done through meditation, prayer, stillness, healing, energetic integration or release, dreaming, visualization, or research and learning, just to name a few.
讓我們向你保證，總是有著寶藏等待著被發現！行動階段鼓勵你去向外尋找寶藏。停滯階段鼓勵你去向內尋找寶藏。舉幾個例子，你可以通過冥想、祈禱、靜心、療癒、能量整合或釋放、夢想、可視化或研究與學習來完成。

Your soul is always seeking expansion. It will expand internally first and then reflect that externally. One phase serves the other, with both being equally important, for without the other the system is not sustainable. So embrace the treasure hunt that exists in whatever phase the flow is supporting and your life will be filled with much more wonder than ever could have imagined.
你的靈魂總是在尋求擴張。它會先向內擴展，然後再反映到外在。一個階段服務另一個，兩者同等重要，因為沒有另一個階段，系統將無法持續。因此，擁抱流動所支持的任何階段之尋寶活動，你的生活將充滿比以往任何時候更多的奇蹟。
