Many people wonder how they can have gratitude when so much in the world can seem to be going wrong.Some people think they need to be grateful even for what is not what they desire.While it is true that all experiences lead to your expansion， please do not put pressure on yourselves to be grateful for what is showing up in your experience that is not your preference.That would feel inauthentic to you， and we wish you to always be true to how you really feel.
