Giving birth is an accelerated flow.Even in the throes of labour you feel moments of intense squeezing， followed by a lull to catch your breath.All great movement is experienced as a combination of tangible activity combined with periods of lull.

Many of you have required contrast for self definition， and because of that have created the experience of having a villain in your life in order to feel and reaffirm your own goodness.But this contrast， in many instances， has perpetuated victim consciousness.What we wish for you to know is you can release your need to have the contrast of a villain.You are at the stage of your evolution where you can simply choose to embrace the innate goodness that you are.It is from that realization victim consciousness will finally release and deep healing will occur.

Dear Ones， we were recently asked what to do if you feel caged in.Our answer to that is to meditate or engage in any other activity that allows you to experience yourself as the vastness that is your soul.

If you could imagine a loving pet name your inner wise one has for you， what would it be? Now imagine if every time you talked to yourself or thought about yourself you started with that pet name.How would your self talk change? How much more loving would you be? How much more accepting of yourself would you be? Starting any self focus with that term of endearment is an easy way to shift into treating yourself with the love and understanding you crave and deserve.
