The birds do not sing because they "have to"nor do the waves that crash upon the shore.If you move away from "have to"， you perception of your "have tos"will change from a chore to a gift.

Behold the beauty of your Earth plane existence! Yes， there will be bumps and bruises， scrapes and falls. But， through it all， there are moments of wonder and awe and excitement as well as peace and joy because you are here doing what you are doing， learning what you are learning and growing at a quantum rate. From the Universal perspective there is nothing more beautiful than you!

There will always be people in your life that will attempt to hold the world at large to the old standard，old ways of thinking/being and old means of communication. This does not mean they are inherently bad. It does mean that they may，indeed，fear change. It is safer for them to remain in "old mode"rather than grow….

Your soul has wings and love is the "lift'that gets you off the ground.Be not afraid to fly，you already know how to land.

For some of you，the shifts occurring now may feel as if you are starting over from scratch. Everything are familiar with may be changing/leaving at an accelerated rate and it is challenging! The best part about it…..you get to start over. This may sound odd to you，however，there is a purpose to it. Your thoughts and attitude during these moments will make all the difference in your Earth plane existence. Do your best to keep it light，positive and as peaceful as possible. Once you have moved through this time，you will be able to set forth into a new reality created just for you!

Oftentimes，those who do not appear strong are the ones that teach you your most powerful lessons.

Before we begin there are a few important things for you to remember.These are necessary to keep in the forefront of your consciousness as you undergo your "upgrade".

During the next few weeks，your body，mind and spirit will undergo great changes. It is important to remain as grounded and as centered as possible. These shifts are necessary and needed for the next phase of your Earth plane existence. Some will be barely noticeable and others may be uncomfortable，but help is always available. Just ask! Do not be afraid to show your soul to the world.For every one person that turns away，there are ten willing to see，love，appreciate and respect you for who you truly are.

To become limitless，remove the limits.To love unconditionally，eliminate the boundaries on who and what you love.

It makes no difference if it is in words，music or deep，profound silence….speak of who you are.The Universe is always listening.

Sometimes the pressures and business of everyday life will seem as if it has taken your connection to The Universe.As you plod along looking for signs that you are doing what you should be doing，none appear.

Sometimes，it is best to do nothing for a while.If the answer does not come immediately，that is The Universe telling you to wait.Trust it.

Your destination is yours and yours alone.You also determine the length，course and duration of the journey.It is yours.

When you finally see yourself as you truly are，you will wonder how you could have missed the stunning beauty of you for so long.

If someone is making you feel good，bad，angry or hurt，you are denying your own truth and choosing to let someone else have the responsibility for your existence.Ultimately，you are the only person responsible for you.

You will often see and hear things you do not understand.If you quiet yourself and ask your heart，The Universe will always provide an answer.
