Where have you been hiding， my child? Is it behind those blocks? You know the ones….they keep you insulated from the changes you have been asking for but were too afraid to approach. Do not let them stand in the way of you becoming who you are meant to be.

You are because you are.It is because it is.Questioning this is part of human nature，the exercising of the free will you were gifted.Use it and love your human side because of it.

It is time to release the thought of past negative experiences as "wasted time".Each one of those experiences showed and taught you many，many things; what you really want，what you do not want，how you choose to be treated，what your expectations are and how fast you choose to grow.

Faith and trust seem to be the two most challenging words for you to understand.Faith is trusting what you cannot see，trust is having faith in what can.

As the waves of the latest "upgrade" your planet has undergone subside，take a few moments to reflect on what you have learned.Just as animals shed skin or move to larger homes，you have been given the opportunity to increase your light and your skills.

Your healing cannot begin(or continue) unless you make the conscious choice to do so.Rather than looking to others for answers，look within with the support and guidance from those around you.

With every negative emotion you release， you are allowing another equally positive emotion to come in and take its place. You may continue to beat yourself up over past wrongs， shame and resentments you have carried with you， however， this does nothing except keep you in the same space when they occurred.

Stay in a state of flowing.Even the most agitated moments will return to calm eventually.Quiet yourself and allow yourself to become clear.Everything serves a purpose， everything must change...it is what is intended.

Strange and lovely gifts are presented to you every day.The Universe sends them to remind you of who you are.

You are as bright as the sun in the sky，as beautiful as a rhapsody; loved more than the most enraptured lover could.You are a perfect creation.

You may sit，think and shake your head wondering，" Where has human decency，kindness and courtesy gone? " To be honest，dear one，I do that myself on occasion.(smiling) But，then I look a little more closely and see it in moments that shine brighter than the stars!

How long have you been sitting in the light and cursing the darkness that may or may not exist in your reality? How often have you placed blame on circumstances and experiences in which you have put so much of your energy because doing so made/makes you feel 'safe" and "in control"of your environment? How many times have you chosen to stay in your victim mode because it is easier than looking toward something brighter，different and better?

In releasing your fear，you become more of what The Universe intended you to be—whole.

No matter what the thought，feeling，action or reaction，you are always given a choice; stay where you are or grow in love.The Universe will always support you.

The dark things，the scary things，the things that slither and slide just outside the edge of your light are there for a reason.Being curious and attracted to it brings them there.However，you have the advantage，dear one.You know why they have come calling and you know what do to with them.For each one you see，direct all the Unconditional Love you can muster in its direction，then watch the transformation.How quickly they change depends solely on how much Love you choose to expend.The only thing to need to release is the "fear" of the endless and infinite well of Love at your disposal.

For those of you in a constant struggle; remove the fight and the fight ceases to exist in your paradigm.
