What are you worth? You may believe that this is determined by outside influences，but the answer lies within. It is not up to others to decide this for you. With the establishment of firm boundaries and a healthy dose of self-love，you will be able to discern what you are truly worth to yourself and those around you. If you have these important ingredients，you will never allow anyone to sell you short again.

Everything，absolutely everything，that happens in your life is for a reason; the joys and disappointments，the love and let-downs，the happiness and fear.There is a lesson in each.Take them for what they are worth; an opportunity for you to grow.

What do you do if someone has hurt your feelings or violated a boundary you have set for yourself? The most important thing to remember is that your energy has played a part in the situation. This is not saying that you are wrong….it is saying that you have a choice on how to react to it. Was it an honest mistake? Then take a deep breath and forgive the situation. However，if you choose to set a boundary，allow others violate it，then loudly proclaim your hurts only to do it again keeps you in the same space you were in the beginning. If you choose to say，「You are making me feel______"or"You are doing______to me」，you are relinquishing your power. You are solely responsible for who you are in any given moment. Once you grasp this concept，things will become easier. As always，free will is yours.

When you feel yourself stuttering to a stop…Breathe.Look.Feel; really feel into the issue presenting itself.Then change the focus from negative to positive.Yes，it is that easy.
