There will be times when a situation is so overwhelming and feels so out of control that you may feel like giving up and walking away. My beautiful child，unless the experience is unhealthy，do not give up! Do…take a step back，do….take a breath and do….look at how much of it is really yours. If you feel you need help，ask for it. You have all the tools to change and grow，use them!

You were created in love and with love by The Universe.Why try to be anything other than what you are?

Let go of all of your "shoulds"; they are loaded with unrealistic expectations. Embrace your "coulds"; they are always full of joyful possibilities!

Where is your pain hiding? Is it behind your positive attitude where it can never been seen or judged? Is it under the motivation you use to keep from thinking about it? Is it on the opposite side of that brightly lit corner of your mind where you will never have to look at it? Acknowleging pain is very important in your growth process，do not tuck it away. If ignored，it will begin to take away small pieces of you as a way of getting your attention like a child vying for a parent's affections."Look at me，see me，feel me，talk to me」! Take some time to honor your pain. Just like every other part of you，it is beautiful.

The definition of trust; standing on the edge of your own personal precipice，arms outstretched，head back，wind kissing your face and knowing，that when you leap，you already have the knowledge of what it feels like to fly.

Sometimes，the only "trick"you need to learn is to breathe.Just keep breathing.The rest will fall into place.

To surrender; the ultimate act of ceasing to fight，to yield and allow yourself to participate in the flow of life.Let it become your liberating art，the sensual dance of unconditional love and trust in the Universe.

Only you can give you a sense of completeness.Look within yourself and ask，「What am I lacking」，then ask Me for it.Your wish is my command.

What motivates you? Today，you are invited to take a very close look at your perceptions and how they influence your everyday decisions. Are you motivated by chaos，fear，discomfort or loss? Or…are you motivated by love and joy? Allow yourself to look at your inner patterns and programming，see what you can stand to change and change it. Free will is yours.

Each of you carries a bit of darkness inside.Whether it is from past negative experiences or things you feel you may have done wrong in the past.Today，you are invited to take a closer look at that darkness and how much space it takes up within your being.If you chose to release that darkness，can you see what an incredible amount of space would be available for Light?!

Take a moment and think on all the things you on a daily basis.What you say to others and your self-talk can either empower or disempower you."I can」，「I will」，「I do」，「I am"and"I have"have manifesting abilities beyond your wildest imagination! Phrases that include"I can"t」，「I won"t」，「I don"t」，「I"m not"and"I haven"t"give your power away.

It is never too late to open another door，change direction，move toward something you love or away from something that you choose not to be near. There is always time to start a new life，dream a new dream or become something you always wanted to become. The only limiting factor in the equation is you and your belief that you can do it.

In any challenging situation，you are never left without an exit; even if it means going out the same door you came in.

Through every moment of doubt，remorse，regret，pain and loneliness，The Universe is whispering in your ear，「Yes，this will be over soon，you will be fine and it is going to be fine」.

If you allow yourself to become blinded by your truth and unable to see another's point of view，you will often miss the reality around you.

Placing importance on any one thing above another cancels and deletes the work you have done on your whole self. All aspects of you are equally important.

You have been entrusted with a spark of Divine Love. Tend to it，care for it and make sure that it grows. You are the beginning The Universe has been waiting for.

You begin and end at the same place in your Earth plane existence. At the end，you are a little wiser，a little smarter and a whole lot more emotionally mature. It is important to remember as you move through your life that happiness and trials will come and go. Every experience you move through has something to be gained from it. Enjoy the ride，my beloved. While you are attempting to fit in，change yourself to become more acceptable to society at large; you are allowing the beautiful things that make you unique and a little weird(in a good way)fall by the wayside. Go ahead! Dance in the street，laugh out loud，smile at strangers(because they really are not strange to you at all)and enjoy your Earth plane existence.
