If you are finding the energies uncomfortable， we recommend you find an activity that you can be fully present with.This could include being outside in nature， spending time with baby animals or children， taking a drive to a place you"ve always wanted to see， or engaging in a tactile activity you enjoy.This helps you because the presence such activities naturally support shifts you into a state of alignment with discovery， flow， and gratitude， all elements that allow you to move with the energies with the greatest amount of comfort and ease possible.

Great gifts can come from being in a place of unknowing because from the expansive space that exists beyond the constraints of the mind， all things are possible.

Learning to move with whatever is being energetically supported for you at any given time is a far more efficient system of forward movement than trying to force things could ever be.It is time to let go of the idea that things must be difficult or take great effort in order to be worthy or effective.Trusting the wisdom and support of the flow is the work ethic of higher vibrational creation.

Co-dependency is attempting to apply the martyred service paradigm to your relationship.When you start to honour your needs and growth in all relationships， whether personal or service oriented， dynamics will begin to change and evolve in ways that support the balance and empowerment of all.It is from there you will finally be able to experience the joyful， supported connections you seek.

The words thank you indicate the end of a transaction.The act of saying thank you as the last step of an energetic release serves to wrap up that phase while honouring the gifts and anchoring in the wisdom that came from the experience.Gratitude is the indicator that you have found your way to acceptance， which allows the final shift of any particular healing cycle to occur.

It can be easy to fall into the belief that there is no forward movement in your life， but in reality there is always growth and expansion.As a human being， you experience the flow in two ways—the action phase， which contains tangible movement， and the lull phase， where the movement is occurring energetically behind the scenes as a precursor to taking form.

What if thinking you"re blocked is the blockage? We understand you wish to be diligent， but believing you are blocked is demonstrating judgment and resistance toward the perfection of your now moment.It also denotes a lack of faith and trust， both in yourself， and in the universe.

It is your trust that allows you to experience congruency with the universe.

Dear Ones， the beautiful thing is you do not need to have all the answers.All you must do is willingly move with whatever is being tangibly supported and trust that everything else is in an energetic phase of creation.There is no need to fight or figure it all out at once.The path of unfoldment is perfectly paced to be gentle and magical as it reveals itself to you one now moment at a time.It is your level of resistance and judgment or surrender and acceptance that dictates how comfortably you navigate the journey.

If you are wanting change in your life and are not experiencing it yet， it can be helpful to explore any ways you still carry the belief that it can only show up in a certain way， that it will be hard， or any way that you are saying no to action steps that could move you toward that goal.Are all of your actions matching your intentions? If they are and you are still feeling like something is not in line with your forward movement， we encourage you to cast your net wider and to move into broader intention to allow your highest potentials and possibilities to show up for you.Releasing constraints makes room for miracles.

Your highest path is always activated when you can no longer figure things out through the mind and make the choice to shift into the heart.

Many of you have trouble staying in the energy of trust.If you do， you might consider practicing acceptance and allowing.Faith and trust open you to acceptance and allowing.Acceptance and allowing are a demonstration of your faith and trust.If you can't get to trust directly， you may get there through the use of acceptance.All the elements of the Divine Combination(surrender， faith， flow， and trust， and their offshoots， acceptance， allowing， gratitude， and peace) support each other.It can be helpful to play with the elements you find easiest to employ and let them lead the way into the experience of all the others.

Trust is the necessary element for any forward movement.

Dear Ones, we have spoken extensively about the review process you have been in. You have been identifying and releasing old wounds and belief systems like never before. When you have successfully released wounds energetically you may feel untethered because you had carried those hurts for so long they felt like home. It is imperative that you love and guide yourselves kindly, gently, and patiently until you are able to get comfortable with and anchor in new normals that are far more empowering to you. This is one of the many purposes of the in-between phase many of you have found yourselves to be in before you step fully into the new.

When you intend to manifest from within the expanded realm of potential that is just beyond what you can see, you are choosing to create from the energies that exist beyond your fear.

Your fear's final act of service to you is the information it can give you. Allow yourself to explore what is there for you, then thank it and let it go. The act of thanking it allows you to embrace any gifts it had for you from an empowered space and then finally put an end to that particular cycle.
