Move beyond your negative thoughts of "need"or "want".Instead，think and say"I have"，"I appreciate"，"Thank you".The Universe always provides.

You may bemoan your mistakes， your less than good choices and your not so wonderful actions. I do not! I see all the opportunities for growth，learning and a slew of new experiences.If you had not done and said those things， you would be exactly where you were at the start.No better， no worse…just there doing the same old thing you have always done.Embrace and honor， they have served you well!

During your life， you will have moments when your world will not make sense.You can think and think and it feels as if an answer will never come.These are the times， my beautiful child， to just let things be.Remember， you do not need to have all the answers.Sometimes you just need to trust.

Your very existence is a true testament to what one desire， one thought， one moment， one love can do.You are a miracle!

Be as gentle with yourself as The Universe is with you.Impatience never serves.There is infinite time to grow， change， expand and love.

When challenging situations present themselves， remember your compassion for everyone involved.You cannot 'throw a negative stone" without it affecting the mass consciousness， however， it is up to you to add love to the mix.The ripples of love will spread farther and continue longer than any of you will be alive.Stay centered in your heart and know that positive change and thoughts can come from less than pleasant events.

Being beset on all sides by negativity is not a pleasant experience.With each way you turn， you may feel attacked and assaulted， both mentally and physically.Such is the way with those that carry great amounts of light.What to do? Breathe， smile， nod if you must and keep bringing in and shining out more light.Those that come to you this way are in need of deep healing and their"attacks"are merely attempts to gain said healing. You are loved， protected and very capable of doing this.The Universe made sure of it.
