The flow of giving and receiving creates sustainability.This applies to your relationships， as well.If you are always giving， or always taking， the flow will be too one-sided and the relationship will flounder.So if you are in a relationship where the other is always giving and not receiving， why not ask them to step back and allow you the joy of loving them in that way? If you are in a relationship where the other is taking， why not step back and allow them the joy of giving? Moving into a more balanced flow of both will make the relationship far more satisfactory for everyone involved.And， of course， appreciation for all of it is the balm that will help your relationship continue to expand and grow into all it can be.

Flow， simply put， is inspired action.

One of the things that make the Divine Combination such a powerful navigational system is that each of the elements(surrender， faith， flow， and trust) support the others， creating a certain energy and momentum of its own.

As we discussed recently，many of you may be in a holding pattern waiting for others to join you before you move forward into the next phase of your incarnation.If this applies to you，you may have been feeling frustrated and impatient.If you understand you are holding space，you can move out of resistance with your current phase into acceptance，which will make it a far more comfortable experience for you.

Your self love practice is much more effective if done consistently rather than sporadically.Of course，we celebrate any moments you remember to include yourselves with your wonderful loving focus and care，we do wish for you to understand that your self love is meant to be a solid，supportive foundation for all other things to be built upon，not an embellishment you decorate yourself with every once in a while.

Denying yourself love so you don't get hurt is like denying yourself ice cream to avoid razor blades.One has nothing to do with the other.

You are a willing dance partner of judgement when you are making decisions based on the fear of what others may think.Is it time for you to break free and start listening to your heart and your own innate wisdom?

If you are to the point where your service is leaving you depleted， it is not serving to the best of its ability anymore.There is a tendency in enlightening human beings to give until they are completely spent before they will consider their own needs.

As wayshowers and forerunners， many of you will arrive at the end of an energetic line of potential and hold space until others can join you there.It may very well be that you aren't stuck at all but rather so efficient on your journey you are simply waiting for others to meet you in that space.Very old souls tend to be very deliberate and dedicated to their service， so it is common for them to arrive where they are going with plenty of time to spare.

It is quite common to experience what you consider to be impatience when you are done with the old and anxiously waiting for the new.It can be uncomfortable when the old is expired and the new hasn't quite shown up yet.

Dear Ones， if you won't acknowledge your own truth， how on earth can you expect others to be able to? Acknowledging your truth won't result in you falling into ego， or separation， because the truth of your being isn't aligned with those traits.Your truth is authentic， it is real， and it allows you to express even more of the love and contribution to the whole you are， and everyone wins when you embrace that space of beingness.

Many of you put tremendous pressure on yourselves to do everything perfectly so you won't get left behind in the shift of consciousness that is occurring on your planet.We ask you， if you are a forerunner how could you possibly be left behind? We admire your diligence but we also want you to know it is completely safe to trust in your journey.

Dear Ones， there has never been a day you were not growing.There has never been a day you weren't being of service in one way or another because your growth drives the shift.You are doing enough and you are enough! More than enough! You always have been and you always will be.Accepting this truth will allow you to settle more comfortably into your beingness and better trust the natural unfoldment of your journey， which will allow you to be an even truer expression of yourself.
