Your shifting journey may begin by letting go of tiny pieces of energies that no longer match who you truly are.Then， just like when rocks experience erosion over a long period of time， big chunks may let go as a result of the consistency of the work you have done.Many of you will be moving through big releases and healings as the energies are also very supportive of such leaps at this time.

Dear Ones， if you don't know what is next you don't have to figure it out.You don't even have to feel it out.It is unlikely that you will have any success with either because both are trying to connect into energies you haven't discovered yet.You simply need to be open， and curious， and flow， and all the information you need will be revealed to you in perfect timing.

You know you are beings of flow.You have periods of action and periods of rest， all designed to support your balance and your evolution.

If you think of your feelings as messengers， you will be able to stay out of making yourself wrong for having them.With wisdom you will be able to discern how your feelings are trying to serve you.

If you are actively pushing against something and getting nowhere， you may notice that you become more and more uncomfortable.This discomfort is designed to get you to redirect because you simply cannot create through resistance.They are quite opposite energies.

Each person's spiritual journey is a completely individual unfoldment.Sometimes it will involve figuring out what it's not before you figure out what it is.There will be letting go phases as well as gathering phases.There will be times where the focus is on comfort， and other times where the focus is on the harder work.There will be giant leaps as well as lull periods to allow the integration of new levels of awareness.You will not experience a smooth trajectory forward but rather a path full of experiences， stops and starts， what you consider to be successes and failures(we do not see it in that way as all experiences simply provide further information on what is true match to you)， all designed to help you continually expand and discover the ever-unfolding revealing of who you really are.You can trust the innate wisdom of the journey you are on because it is customized to your soul's needs and desires， and you can also trust the innate wisdom of the journey of others， even if you cannot understand their choices from where you stand.

Many enlightening human beings have trouble accepting compliments.What we want you to understand is that it is imperative for all of you moving forward to embrace all aspects of the flow—the give and the take， the supporting and being supported—and to accept the balance that comes from both giving and receiving.

Many of you have been studying and learning skills to support your journey and to be of service to others.You might think of it as gathering all kinds of different ingredients and elements in a basket.What we wish for you to know is there may well come a time in your journey， as you step into your next phase of service， where you feel guided to create brand new offerings that are a beautiful combination of some of the skills you have gathered along the way with the inner knowingness of your soul.It is like blending those ingredients together in a new way to create a casserole that people haven't tried before but is absolutely delicious.Is it time to trust what you have learned， add in what you know deep in your being， and step forward in your service in brand new ways?

As you continue along your enlightenment journey， you may start to experience more and more knowingness.You may have more awareness of other life expressions you have experienced.You may bring forth skills that were honed in other places and times.You may suddenly become aware of an ease of connection to other guides or beings you had forged relationships with during those lifetimes.In a sense， you might start to consider and experience yourself as your own collective， being able to draw on various aspects of yourself for wisdom and guidance! There is much knowledge and ability within the many experiences of you that you can tap into and explore.And one of the most exciting elements of this next phase you are currently stepping into is you will take that level of knowledge and wisdom as a starting point and grow and expand it from there.There is so much opening up for you， and many new possibilities that are now viable options due to this.We simply cannot wait to see what you will do and what you will create from this combination of acquired wisdom and pure potential.

The now moment is your power base.It is the clearest energetic picture of what you have to work with.When you stay present in the now， you will be able to much better access your innate wisdom to choose your next highest step.And truly， that is all that is ever required in order to continually allow the unfoldment of your highest life expression.

Pushing against energies that aren't supporting movement is usually an exercise that brings limited results at best.It will usually result in frustration and exhaustion.Or， you may recognize the energies are not supporting movement but the lack of flow may tempt you into thinking you are doing something wrong， are lazy， procrastinate too much， or have some other character deficit when in reality the energies are not supporting movement and it has nothing to do with you at all!

As enlightening human beings， you may have periods of feeling disconnected or unable to sense or access the energies or guidance you are usually quite adept at tapping into.This is quite common during times of energetic integration.If you have a download in progress， that process will take precedence over all other things.

During times of intensity， it is a common human experience to get triggered.This， in itself， is not a bad thing.It allows you to become aware of an area that is looking for your attention and loving care.

Dear Ones， have you noticed how certain themes loop around into your consciousness throughout your life expression? You realize that you can't  slow those things down or speed them up， they come around in their own timing， seemingly of their own volition.

Your ascension is based on a compilation of experiences， both external and internal.You shift internally， then express it externally.In many ways you may think of it as its own manifestation process， starting energetically first and then slowly but surely making its way into form.

If you are a person who struggles to prioritize your own self care， it may be helpful to replace "self care' with "balanced self inclusion'.The new term would be much more difficult to justify having resistance to.

You can see your evolution is occurring when things you used to be drawn to no longer light you up.You didn't do anything specific other than choose experiences， they just naturally ran their course and now you are ready for more.The fact that you are no longer satisfied with where you've been is not a sign of failure， but rather a clear indicator of your growth and expansion.
