There is incredible power in declaring,"Today I choose a different way"if you become aware you are replaying an old pattern. It does not matter if you do not know what the new way is, it is your choice to try something new that will open up new avenues. It is never too late to change even the oldest habits, Dear Ones, in fact, that is exactly what leads to your healing, expansion, and wonderful new discoveries.

If you wish to manifest something in your life, what is the essence of what it will offer you? For example, if you would like to manifest money, why?  The real reason for the money might be to experience more freedom, ease, or fun.

What if you replaced the old, very common vow,"I will never trust again"with a new declaration like"I trust wisely and with discernment"? The replacement would feel much more comfortable to you because it aligns with what you truly wish to create, which is not separation but rather safe connection.

The energies are continuing to bring up opportunities to examine and release old relationship habits and patterns that are not supportive or empowering. If this happens, take a moment and ask,"How can I shift this relationship into a new place of balance that better serves everyone involved?"Then imagine a beautiful, healing blanket of love enveloping you all. Transformation is possible, in fact, it is supported in these energies.

If there is a problem, there is also a solution. If there is a dream, it or an even better outcome, can become a reality. This is so because the universe contains all that is. If you cannot find your way to the end result you wish to experience, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist, it simply means you don't know the steps to get there from where  you are.

Trust is what deepens every experience into its full potential.

So many enlightening human beings are on the planet with service agreements to be of energetic assistance. For many of you, the more chaotic the collective gets, the more you are drawn to becoming very still and spending time in your own space.

Those who are well on their enlightenment journey have all been going through a prolonged release and review period, intent on wrapping up the first phase of your incarnation. The phase many of you are entering now is simply about finally making peace with all that you have experienced. It is through that vital stage of finding peace with where you've been that you can finally step forward into the next new exciting phase, carrying the wisdom you have gained while being unencumbered by your past.

Many of you are poised to move into great change in your lives and expect to move directly from where you are to your end result. Depending on how big of a change of circumstance you are intending to create, the vibrational leap may be too large to do all in one step. That is where stepping stones come in.

Too much busyness leads to distraction. Distraction leads to dismissiveness. Dismissiveness is one of the most common causes of emotional wounding.

Are you living a lifestyle that you would want your children to create for themselves? Are you so out of balance that you have little to no time for your own enjoyment of life? Are you present?

You will notice as things continue to move forward that there will be many times that your brain simply cannot figure things out. This is because the energies are shifting and you work with the new energies not through the brain, but through the heart.

As so many different things are coming up to the surface to be examined, there are many conflicting voices vying to be heard. While it can be disconcerting to have so much noise, it is a great gift for when it becomes too noisy human beings will naturally withdraw and search within. This is leading people to connect with their inner wisdom, which will serve a great purpose indeed as you move forward in these unprecedented times.

Shelley's Note：Everyone once in a while a reader will share a daily message on facebook that was posted long ago. That was the case with this message yesterday, and I thought it was exactly what we needed to hear today so I decided to repost it.  Thanks to Milton Foster for bringing it back around for all of us. I honestly don't remember the day it was originally channeled but I do know it is just as pertinent today as it was the day it came through.

What compassion and encouragement do you so willingly give everyone else yet deny yourself? Why? What difference could it make to you? When you decide to commit to including yourself in your own love and support, you will finally have what you need to take a huge leap forward in your growth and evolution.

You simply cannot judge and deny yourselves and come Home to yourselves at the same time.  Some of you continue to be hard on yourselves because you fear if you don't you will stop growing or evolving.  Unfortunately, self denial keeps wounds hidden and self judgment keeps pain active.

Dear Ones, if you deny any aspect of yourselves, you will be perpetually agitating any abandonment, separation, or trust issues you may have. As you recognize, accept, love, and guide all aspects of self, you will be holding the space of healing and unity consciousness, which will be reflected in your experiences moving forward.

The more you acknowledge and tend to the many different aspects of self, the more you will find moving forward on your path filled with greater grace and ease because all parts will be in cooperation with that forward movement. It is difficult to make great progress if aspects of yourself are uncooperative, resistant, or trying to run in the other direction! Take the time to listen to what needs you have within yourself that are looking to be addressed, healed, reassured, and included. Become your own kind and gentle shepherd and you will be amazed at what becomes possible.
