Dear Ones， we would like to wish you a happy solstice and honour you for being on the planet at this moment of time.Acknowledge where you are.Acknowledge how far you've come.Own who you are and where you are on your journey.Embody your truth in this right now moment and commit to navigating yourself from that space all the way into the new.If you can fully commit to being in a state of non-resistance to yourself and your highest potentials， you will be amazed at what you will be able to discover and achieve as you move into the energies of 2022 and beyond.We congratulate you on all you have done and we cannot wait to see what you will create moving forward as your heart-centred dreams are being supported like never before.Allow the solstice to serve you by locking in your progress to leave you well prepared for the next phase of the adventure.

Your dreams have incredible importance for you because they are in place to direct your journey.They are the beacons towards your highest life expression.We urge you to believe in your dreams because your dreams believe in you.

One thing we see quite regularly is human beings giving up on their dreams if things don't work out the way they think they should.What we want you to understand is if something doesn't work out it doesn't mean the dream itself was wrong， you were just trying to live your dream in a way that was unsustainable.Sometimes humans are so excited to live their dream they rush into an expression of it that doesn't have the foundation necessary to support it.

Your own healing journey is so important because coming to a place of peace with yourself helps anchor the energy of peace on the planet.This is a prime example of how your growth is your service and your internal shifts are far more powerful than you realize because not only are they honouring the unfoldment your soul's journey， they are driving the shift.So for those of you who think you are not doing enough or making a difference， please know the fact that you are interested enough to read this message is proof positive that you are contributing in ways that will create real change， and you are doing it through the organic process of your own evolution.Every release， every integration， every aha moment， creates ripples of expansion across the universe and adds to the momentum of the shift of consciousness that is occurring on your planet.

One emotion that frequently comes up as you progress along your healing journeys is shame.As an assistance to you today we would like to offer the following statements to help you heal beyond the energy of shame.

Dear Ones， we would like to offer you an energetic blessing today to assist you with the final shifts you are moving through as you prepare to step into the energies of 2022.

You are currently in the process of releasing the old and retrieving any parts of you that were attached to those expired roles and stories.You might imagine it as having had cords with hooks into all kinds of different roles and themes and agreements that are now wrapping up.Slowly but surely over the past two years you have been unhooking from those energies and coming back to a state of neutrality indicating a state of completion with that particular phase.Since the cords and hooks no longer have any energetic charge， support， or meaning to them， you can simply step over the pile and leave them behind as remnants of the past.

Today we are going to ask you to take a moment of introspection and clarity and identify any old stories you've been carrying with you for years.Do you still think that is really the only truth for you or do you hold onto that story out of habit? Is it empowering to you or serving you in any way? Would an empowered person hold that story as their truth?

The specialty of the Divine Combination of surrender， faith， flow， and trust， is leading you to the answers， solutions， and next steps you may not be aware of right now.Is the tool to use when you don't know how to proceed and have exhausted the potentials that are already available to you.Dear Ones， if you are in a space of not knowing， we highly recommend you activate the Divine Combination by surrendering into the flow and staying there with your faith and trust， and let it lead you out of the woods.If you have already tried everything else you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving it a chance.

Employing the Divine Combination of surrender， faith， flow， and trust is taking the expansion and support you feel in your meditation practice and consciously incorporating it into your day to day life.It is choosing to experience the guidance and connection you feel in meditation as more of a constant.It is taking the alignment you feel in meditation and expanding it into a preferred operating system.It is allowing your highest self to infuse all areas of your life， and that， Dear Ones， is embodiment.

Dear Ones， you don't have to do it all.You don't have to save the entire world on your own.You just have to be you and follow your soul's evolution and calling.

If someone is kind to you， do you think it is because of you? Did you cause them to do it? No， you simply see it as them showing you who they are and how they wished to express themselves in that moment.You think， oh， how lovely and appreciate them and their kindness.So we wish to ask you， why then， if someone is unkind to you， do you make it about you?

Yesterday we gave the analogy of a department store being an example of unity consciousness， demonstrating how each department supports the needs of the shoppers， and how the shoppers also support the store.We wished to show you how there is room for many different interests and avenues of self expression within the whole.

Many of you are aware that you are evolving into unity consciousness， but have a hard time understanding what that will be like.You don't know how you can accept everything and keep your own unique preferences and personality.Let us explain it to you in this way.
