The path of beingness doesn't mean you no longer do anything.It means you simply take inspired action when the energies support it and it feels good and aligned for you.You are evolving beyond the old ways of doing， doing， doing in order to feel good about yourself or worthy.Do you see? It is time to let your beingness lead to your doing， rather than trying to make what you do prove who you are.When you put your authenticity at the core of all that you do， you become the purest emanation of your truest life expression， and that is when you experience far greater satisfaction with your journey than ever before.

We spoke yesterday of the power of the phrase thank you.We would like to expand upon the theme of gratitude today.There are so many ways the practice of gratitude serves you!

Often the most powerful healing tools are also the most simple，and that is certainly the case for the one we wish to discuss today，and that is using the words 'thank you'.

We often speak of the importance of allowing your beingness to lead the way.While we understand many of you might feel confused on how to do that，let us reassure you，it is a skill you already have.

For those of you who have been distrustful of receiving，it likely was not receiving itself you've been leery of but rather anything that could potentially lead to your disempowerment.This is usually due to past life experiences where you received help only to leave you indebted to another in a way you couldn't escape.So if that is the case for you，you can use your discernment by asking the following questions.

There is a vast difference between empowered receiving and being rescued.We realize many of you like to see yourselves as independent， but we caution you to not allow your desire for independence to hold you separate from the whole and the supports that are available to you.

Most people only allow themselves to receive when they think they have done enough.What is enough? If you've noticed you are putting more and more effort into things with less success or return， it's because you are ready to evolve beyond the old way of efforting for success into the new way of allowing your beingness to lead the way and accepting the support that exists for you on that path for no other reason than you are inherently worthy.The up-levelling you seek comes from letting your beingness lead the way and finally knowing with absolute certainty that is all that has ever been required of you.From there the next steps will start to come into your awareness through the natural unfoldment of your highest life expression.

You are all God's emissaries adding experience， expansion， and your unique vibration to the whole， assisting the great shift on your planet.Do you really think you would take on such a mission without every support in place for you? Do you really think your team would allow you to take on such a mission without every support in place for you?

Many human beings view karma as a negative thing， a punishment， if you will， for past or present deeds.The true purpose of karma is simply energetic balancing and the broadening of experience.Yesterday we presented the idea of energetic restitution.You might consider it to be the light side of karma， providing fair and appropriate compensation for the good you have done.Are you ready to accept both your goodness and what has always been meant for you in response to those deeds?

Many enlightening human beings have trouble receiving because they are more comfortable with serving others.Others struggle to receive because they feel they are not worthy or haven't done enough.Some are still carrying the idea that martyred service without receiving for themselves is noble.Others may have had abusive backgrounds where their needs were not met and it doesn't feel safe or natural to receive.

If you love yourself it doesn't mean you'll stop growing or miss certain aspects that you may wish to evolve beyond.It does mean you will create the perfect conditions for growth and healing to occur.If you are only ever in trouble-shooting mode with yourself， you will never be able to bloom into your highest expression of self because the many， many glorious things about you are not being acknowledged.You would not expect a child to thrive if you never validated their goodness， and you shouldn't expect that of yourself either.While we understand your desire to be diligent and leave no stone unturned about yourself， if you only search the shadows you will miss out on the sunshine.

There is always great joy to be had when you allow yourself to experience your highest expression of self.How does your soul wish to express itself today? It doesn't need to be grandiose， Dear Ones， just heartfelt， and that is where you will find the alignment that fills you up.

Not loving yourself is rejecting who you really are and you need to embrace who you really are in order to walk your truest， most satisfying path.That is why a self love practice is essential to the enlightenment journey.It is through your self acceptance and self inclusion you will finally allow your beingness to lead the way， and from there your highest matches， joy， and purpose will be found.

Your authenticity is your greatest gift both to yourself and the world， for it is embracing your truest essence and offering your unique energetic contributions that add to the mosaic of the whole.From this perspective， can you see that your beingness is an essential aspect of your service? In fact， we would go so far as to say it is the foundation that is necessary for all other things to be built upon.

Embracing your authenticity is coming out as your truest self.There is a deep relief when you drop the pretences that you had adopted in order to conform to whatever model you thought you had to adhere to for acceptance， and you will quickly learn that your truest matches will respond in the most remarkable ways to you because you will be emanating the clearest， most beautiful vibration that draws them near， and from there your truest path will activate.That has been the real journey—coming to accept yourself in all your glory and giving others the opportunity to do the same.Simply put， when you deny yourself you not only constrain the possibilities available to you， you also deny others the joy of seeing and knowing the true essence of you， and that may be exactly what they've been searching for all along.
