You may, on occasion, witness outbursts from people, particularly from those who have not yet learned how to practice balance and energetic clarity and are resisting where the new energies are trying to take them. Dear Ones, never take those outbursts personally. They speak loudly of the other person's discomfort and say nothing about you.

Never underestimate the power of letting your own unique light shine. By doing so, you will be supporting yourself, the planet, and those you come in contact with. By letting your light shine brightly and following the flow, you will spread that energy exactly where it needs to go and experience the joy that comes from doing so. It is simple, beautiful service in motion.

Many of you put incredible pressure on yourselves to be perfect. We ask, how can you become something you already are? Your perfection was your birthright and you are divinely perfect in each now moment. So throw out the idea that perfection is something to be attained! Take pressure off yourself and see yourself as you really are, an honoured and beloved piece of the whole, having the amazing experience of further defining yourself through the experiences of a human being.

The vast diversity of your souls, your marvellous differences, is what brings strength and beauty to the whole. Each and every one of you bring something unique, yet vital, that only you can contribute. Celebrate yourself for being so wonderfully integral and important, then have gratitude for the unique flavour others contribute, as well. It is through your differences you are creating wonder that never ends, much like snowflakes that glisten in the light. You are glorious creatures, each and every one of you!

There is no one size fits all path to enlightenment. Do not let anyone tell you their way is the only way. Know with complete certainty that you are the expert on you and give yourself permission to follow what feels right to you. The fastest way to the top of the mountain is to use your own unique inner guidance system because it will take into account your own strengths and weaknesses, and what your soul wishes to experience. There is an entire universe cheering you on, right now, so surrender to the flow of your own soul journey, knowing each person's ascension is highly personal and divinely perfect for them.

Those of the human expression often have an idea that it is somehow noble to deny what you really want. Dear Ones, please hear us when we tell you there are no special points for denying yourselves anything! In fact, your denying of self often holds back your growth.

Are you in balance with accepting and allowing? At the salad buffet, those in balance will accept their plate with gratitude, graciously fill it with whatever supports them, and proceed to completely enjoy their experience. One who is functioning from old belief systems may not take much for fear of looking greedy, or may stuff their pockets with food for later because they live in a fear of lack. An out of balance helper soul won't take a plate at all and will start loading other people's plates for them, settling for whatever scraps are left. Do you see how your old ways of being are leading to your discomfort? Accept the new, embody your balance, and know that you will always be lovingly provided for, if you will simply allow it.

Dear Ones, change by itself is not what you are afraid of. Change is the bridge to the world you wish to create, to all of the wonderful things that are your birthright. No, what you are afraid of is the result of living your life unconsciously. Conscious creation is the key to embracing change as the never ending gift it really is and living your life with a sense of joyous expectation.

Dear Ones, you are not responsible for another person's growth or spiritual advancement. That can be a difficult thing to accept, especially when you see a loved on struggling or stuck in behaviours that are not empowering to them.

Have you developed a habit of looking for what’s wrong? Do you endlessly scan yourself looking for things to release? To heal? Dear Ones, of course there is nothing wrong with releasing and healing, in fact, it is a vital part of the process. When it becomes problematic is when enlightening human beings fall into the habit of always being on high alert, looking for trouble.

On these holy days when so many of you are celebrating your holidays, an influx of Christed energy always occurs. This energetic infusion holds the energy of peace, unconditional love, and divine connection.

There will be many who will have sudden, spontaneous spiritual experiences over the next weeks and months ahead. This is a testimony to the hard work of the wayshowers and path pavers, the beacons and the lightworkers. You have not only assisted in creating the conditions where this is now possible, you have blazed a trail for others to follow.

You are entering into a time period that is ripe with potential for releasing and energetic adjustment. We remind you, if old emotions come up to the surface, they are leaving. Do not attach to them or attempt to stuff them down! Instead, why not treat it like a parade? Wave at them merrily, cheering as they pass you by, knowing they are not an energetic match any longer. That is to be celebrated!

If you are having a day where you cannot make a decision on how to proceed, simply stop and practice gratitude and know that, by itself is more than enough. It will fill the space beautifully until the answer comes.

The word appreciation not only indicates a level of thankfulness, but also an increase of value or worth. The very definition of the word tells you that what you are thankful for you get more of!

We have spoken of the power of intentional surrender at the beginning of your day. How you end your day can have equal importance. Spending a few moments in deep, heartfelt gratitude before you go to sleep is a marvellous practice. It will keep you in the role of conscious co-creator by giving clear feedback to the universe, and is a lovely energy to enter the sleep state from. By getting in the habit of doing both intentional surrender and gratitude, you will be anchoring the very energies you wish your life to be filled with on a daily basis. In fact, you could consider these the opening and closing ceremonies that honour the sacredness of each day spent in human expression.
