Dear Ones, do you want forward movement but resist change?You can't have it both ways. At some point if you want to move into something you wish to experience that isn't already part of your life, it will involve embracing change.

If you went to a grocery store to get everything you needed to sustain yourself but only concentrated on what you didn't want, you would starve yourself very quickly.But you understand that although there are things you don't care for in the grocery store, they serve the needs of people who have different requirements and tastes. You can simply remove your focus from them and move onto what your preferences are.

We have spoken about the power of the conscious pause –taking a moment before deciding a course of action.That is an excellent practice before your proceed in any direction in your life. But where this tool is particularly powerful is if you can remember to use it when you are triggered.

If you are feeling out of the flow of creation, we would advise you to consciously start paying attention to how many times your focus is on a no, and switch your focus to all the things you can say yes to.

Dear Ones, say yes to love.Say yes to the unfoldment. Say yes to the beauty that abounds all around you. Say yes to guidance and surrender and flow and expansion. Embrace your lives and the many potentials that exist beyond what you can see and you will be consciously choosing to be part of the whole and the endless supports that are there for you.

If you are ever unsure about what to do, it is wise to simply wait until you have more clarity.This clarity may come from receiving more information you don't have yet, or from simply taking the time to sort out exactly how you feel without the pressure of needing to give an answer or take immediate action. A conscious pause is a wonderful tool to help you make decisions that are in line with your truth and how you really wish to proceed.

Dear Ones, it is completely possible to honour where you are, understanding that it serves you, while still actively focusing on your expansion and c0-creation.That is the magical combination of acceptance and flow that allows you to keep moving forward in the most empowered way possible.

One of the beautiful aspects of enlightening human beings is their willingness to self examine, be self responsible, and commit to being their best selves. This can, however, lead to being constantly critical of one's self, always looking for things that need to be fixed.

Dear Ones, every single time you choose love you choose to shine and to lead from a place that is in alignment with your truth.It is an act of service, as well as an act of self definition. That is what your relationships are, choosing love and then if for whatever reason you knock yourself out of love, choosing to love again. It is such a delight to behold, for every single time you choose love, you send out a ripple that expands you, and the universe, just a little bit more.

The beautiful thing about non-resistance is that you are poised and ready to ride waves of movement when they arrive. This allows you to be swept into your next great adventures with support and ease, as well as your next service opportunities. It's a wonderful system that meets the needs of everyone involved, and all you have to do is be willing to be moved.

Rather than creating problems by expecting things to be a certain way before you even reach them, we urge you to be open to the many possibilities that may exist that you haven't explored yet.
