第二天中午，一切都準備就緒。考察隊在一片「再見」的呼喊聲中和「一路平安」的祝福聲中離開了這個村莊，因為大多數村民都出來為我們送行了。當晚將近六點，我們在一個地方停下來休息。在那兒我們要渡過一條大河。我們認為最好還是先在這兒宿營，因為次日得花掉大半天的時間去準備渡河。

假我什麼都不知道，因為它跟宇宙毫無連接，它持續地想獲得所有信息，想去學東西。實際上你曾經有的任何一個問題總是來自假我的，假我永遠都有問題，總是想知道為什麼，因為它不知道。

Dear Ones，acceptance does not mean ignoring your very valid feelings.It means that you can recognize that something is unfolding the way it is for a reason，and still honour yourselves through any emotion you may be feeling to do with that experience.We never wish for you to deny how you really feel! In fact，we urge you to honour yourselves and love yourselves tenderly through any disappointments or discouragements you may feel.It is through being your own loving guide，your own loving parent，your own loving best friend，that you will compassionately give yourself everything you need，while staying in the flow of the unfoldment of your life with faith and trust.It is through that practice you will masterfully honour both the human self and the spiritual self，creating congruency and balance on your path of forward movement.

Gather your wits about you

On your Earth plane respect is defined as a feeling or understanding that someone or something is important，serious，etc.，and should be treated in an appropriate way.

中醫認為身體的「寒氣」是百病之源。由於寒氣會導致體內水分不易排出，多餘的水分累積在體內，成為各種症狀或疾病的原因。包括感冒時打噴嚏、流鼻水，以及難過時流淚、緊張時冒冷汗等，都是因為體內水氣過多，身體為了抵禦寒氣而作出的保護反應。

思想是你看不到的東西，但它在那裡，如果你能看到它的振頻，它的能量你就能夠看到，但很多寫關於思想的書籍的作者他們自己都看不到思想的能量。從思想的振頻上來講我告訴你思想是怎樣的： 

Trust and faith lead to acceptance.Acceptance acknowledges the divine perfection of everything，even if you do not know exactly why something is happening.When you remember that everything is always divinely perfect，you are able to stay out of resistance.When you are out of resistance，you are comfortable because you are moving with the flow.Do you see how they all work together? You can choose any of these elements，whenever you like，to help you completely embrace your Now moment，and that，Dear Ones，is what activates the path of grace and ease.

A shedding may be required

Learn to love yourself as much as The Universe loves you.It is possible，attainable and deserved.
