You are in a space of energetic adjustment that occurs every year after the influx of Christed energies that happens over Christmas, regardless of your belief system. Dear Ones, be easy with yourselves today. Rest. Nurture yourselves. Find an alignment of peace, of quiet reflection. If you have obligations that don't allow you to take the day for yourself, know that even 10 minutes of time with the intention of divine connection and restoration can make all the difference in the world.

Dear Ones, when you are feeling the need for change but don't know what direction to move in, all you must do is simply surrender into your highest life expression.

This blessed day of solstice is a mile-marker on your journey. Not only is it locking in the progress you have made from the most pivotal year you have experienced on your planet, it is locking in the progress you have made since December 21, 2012. This is no small feat!

Dear Ones, when you release something, allow it to be gone.

It is normal to experience tension or anxiety in your body when you go through accelerated changes. And whether you are aware of it or not, you are going through accelerated change at this time.

Dear Ones, any barricade that exists is there not to frustrate you, but as a means of redirection or to simply say,"Not right now."When you are grounded deeply in your faith and trust, you accept that every phase serves you in some way, which allows you to settle into receiving the benefits that are there for you right where you are. By staying out of resistance you are poised to move with whatever the energies are supporting which makes your flow far more efficient and comfortable for you. You will always get to where you are meant to go, it is up to your how much angst you experience along the way. We highly recommend you choose the path of acceptance, presence, and wonder, for there is beauty to be found in all of it.

A great many of you are considering yourselves stuck. Dear Ones, you are beings of growth and evolution. The idea that you can be stuck is a myth.

You are in a period of acceleration that is preparing you to step up into the energies of 2023. Moving through the alignment of the 12/12 has set this process in motion. You might think of it as a tunnel of one activation after another, all designed to take you into the new.

So many of you have dreams that you don"t take the time to acknowledge. You may have put them aside because you thought they weren"t realistic or felt it was more important to focus on other things. But your dreams are how your soul beckons you forward. You came into the body with those specific desires for a reason!

If you are feeling somewhat isolated, and aren't feeling the connection of your guides or your loved ones as much as you normally do, it is a sure sign that you are in the midst of receiving an energetic download.

Dear Ones, if you could only see your energetics, you would be amazed! Your field is a wondrous amalgamation of all your experiences, your current level of attainment and embodiment, your skills, your preferences, your unique vibration, and the love that you are. The more you allow your connection to Source and your true divine nature, and recognize yourself as a beloved and essential part of the whole, the more glorious your light becomes. It is a joy and an honour to see you shimmer and shine as you come Home to yourselves through your own individual enlightenment processes.

Dear Ones, your life is meant to be a series of yeses. Saying yes is an act of inclusion that creates flow while a no is an act of exclusion that immediately stops movement. You can absolutely say no to what is unwanted but if you don't follow it with something you can say yes to, you will find yourself in a lack of forward movement.

Dear Ones, you have many different energetic traits within you that make up the entirety of you. Each trait is a well-honed alignment. What many of you don't realize is you can send yourself into the alignment of your preference, not as a shift that occurs outside of yourself, but rather because you already hold that energetic essence.

So many of you are old souls with a multitude of other lifetime experiences under your belt. A great many of you have had the experience of having stepped forward into your highest purpose only to be met with misunderstanding, judgement, and cruelty. This is a very painful soul memory that can make it difficult for you to want to step forward into your highest service and purpose this time around.

It is a common occurrence for enlightening human beings to get inspired by something and then shortly afterwards experience fear or doubt. We would like to explain why this happens.

A lot of you are feeling both an accumulation of energy and the discomfort of not having anywhere to direct that energy just yet. This is always a precursor to profound forward movement. The accumulation of energy will propel you forward when the timing is right. The discomfort prepares you to embrace the movement when that time comes. If everything was always calm and comfortable you would never wish to move or expand at all! This is the natural cycle of birthing the new and becomes very predictable when you know what to look for. We wish to reassure you, you are exactly where you need to be and you are doing a magnificent job!
