雖然我在瑞士高中上的是中文課，但在課堂上，我們還是經常會針對時事進行討論。因為學習任何一種語言，就是進入另一種生活的漫長過程。而生活本身，是無法割離任何一種話題的。

他離開後我們又重新坐了下來。我們中的一人問埃彌爾，是否任何人都能掌握療癒術。他回答說：「只有當人學會追溯到事物的本源時，他才能獲得療癒的能力。我們只有能夠懂得一切不協調都並非來自於上帝，才能獲得掌控這些不協調的至高權力。那鑄造你們命運的神，並不是個像塑造黏土的陶匠一樣塑造你們的強勢人物。那是居於你們自身之中和你們周圍的一股強大的神聖力量。我們也可以在所有實體中、在所有物質周圍找到這股力量。你們可以隨心所欲地運用這個力量。假如領會不到這一點，你們就不會對自己有信心。治療不調和的最強有力的辦法，就是知曉它並非來自於上帝，知曉上帝從未創造過它。
