In your modern world， so many of you have successfully used your communication tools as a distraction to keep from feeling. If you feel sad，watch a funny video.If you feel angry， play an aggressive video game. If you are upset， talk to another person about anything other than what you are truly feeling.

If you take all of the love you have experienced this lifetime and condense it into a single Earth-plane moment， you will have what The Universe has felt for you since the beginning of the beginning.

With each new shift and wave of energy， you are being given the chance to start over. You are like the intrepid explorer with choices of how you approach each particular mountain. Whether it be around， over or through…each offers its own set of challenges and rewards. Do not be daunted， my dearest， be in joy and revel in the new experience!

There may be times where you put a great deal of effort into a person， place or thing.You seem to be doing everything "right"but， somehow， things are not coming together. Do not lose heart! You may be so focused on one way of doing things that you failed to notice The Universe pointing you to a solution that will work. Today， you are invited to take a step back， look at the infinite picture! There are many ways of reaching the same goal， you just need to keep an open mind!

Within you exists an untapped potential and an infinite number of Universes awaiting exploration.What are you waiting for?

Some of you spend a great deal of time searching for the future; asking when your soul mate/true love will come， divining your "future" or any other number of questions regarding things that may or may not happen. It is time to open your mind to the fact that you are solely responsible for the co-creation of your world! In laying those questions at another person's feet， you relinquish your power and， in essence，making excuses for why something is not happening in your life. You， and you alone， must take the initiative and action to move forward.

The Universe is you， you are The Universe.There is no separation.Whatever you feel you are， it echoes.

There will be times when you ask a question of The Universe and it feels as if you are being ignored. You ask and ask and still nothing arrives. Rest assured，this is not the case. The Universe is speaking to you all day， every day! Today，you are invited to truly quiet yourself， turn down the volume on your everyday chatter and truly listen with and to your heart. The answer is there.

At the end of your Earth plane existence， do you want to look back and say，"Yeah， I coasted through pleasing others and staying as small and quiet as I could" or do you want to say，"I went out， searched for and found life! I said no when I knew it was not good for me and yes when it was. I took chances that scared me to death and was happy for them afterwards".

If you need evidence of a "higher power"， look into a mirror.A creation as wonderfully complicated and intricate as you could never be an accident.

During your challenging times， please remember this; before you are guided to teach others， your own negatives will be brought to the surface to be cleared. This is not for The Universe's amusement; it is a preparation! When you are in service it is necessary for you to be as clear as possible so that you can effectively help others through their own clearing. Use these moments to your best advantage!

Your soul， your light is like a child.It needs fresh air and some recess time.Let it out to play today !

Beautiful one， it does not matter if "they"like you， it does not matter if " they"approve of who you are and most certainly does not matter what "they" say. If you choose to live your life with honesty， integrity and kindness…that matters.You are you， you are amazing， you are blessed and you are loved by your Creator!

The only thing overrated in your Earth-plane existence is your attachment to lack and the importance you place on it.

There are many things designed(consciously or otherwise) to keep you in fear.It is completely up to you to choose to stay in that fear or to realize on a very deep level that you are protected， cared for， loved， supported and cherished by The Universe.Even though there were times where you did not feel it， it has always been and always will be there just for you.Focus on that Love and the rest will take care of itself.

Living in fear is perhaps your biggest asset， showing you exactly where you are.When you let go of it， you become what you truly want to be.

What an interesting human loop you create with respect.Some demand it without knowing what it truly is or how to give it.Receiving respect starts with you!
