In many ways the flow is the unsung hero guide of your life expression. It waits for you patiently to accept its help and is always there to receive you whenever you are ready. It works as your energy adjuster, your soother and healer, your matchmaker, and path paver. Its only desire is to serve you and help you past your blockages into new experiences that you are having difficulty discovering on your own. It never, ever judges you or punishes you because it is only interested in loving you forward. What a wonderful ally to have during these transformative times!

You might think of the flow as being primarily a transportation system, but it is so much more than that. Staying in the flow shifts and adjusts you energetically to allow you to align with your highest outcomes. It supports the energetic meld that must occur between you and your desires before they can manifest into physical form. In some cases the energetic meld can occur quite quickly, in other cases it can take longer for the meld to be completed.

If you have trouble with the concept of surrendering into the flow, it may help to think of the flow as liquid sunshine. It buoys you, it heals you, it soothes you, and benefits you in the most marvellous ways. Some of these benefits you are consciously aware of immediately, while other benefits are happening on a much deeper level that you aren't even aware of.

Casting doubt has been a tool of oppression that has been used for centuries to keep people disempowered and stuck. So we ask you, why would you adopt it to use it against yourself?

We understand that when your progress isn't tangible yet it can be easy to fall into doubt. That is exactly what signs and synchronicities are for. They are little alignments – divine mile markers, if you will – that let you know you are on the right track in a way you can see. We highly advise you don't doubt them too, for their very purpose is to help you dispel doubt! So the next time you see a sign or synchronicity, know it is a little love note of encouragement and reassurance that you are making good progress and to stay the course.

It is easy to fall into doubt if you don't take the time to acknowledge your wonderful capability. So many humans are consumed with troubleshooting themselves and looking for what's wrong or what needs to be healed, they completely miss how successful they are being.

Dear Ones, your authenticity, your growth, your commitment, your expansion, your faith, your focus, your desire to make a difference, your sensitivities and tender hearts – all of these assist the shift and add immeasurably to the planet. As human beings, you often don't realize the full significance of events until well after the fact. It will be the same with the shift you are currently going through. You have a sense of its importance, and you certainly can feel the energies shifting and moving. But the full depth of how transformative the times you are in and how remarkable it is that you are on the planet to both experience them and assist with them, won't be truly felt for many years to come. We highly recommend you allow yourself to stop every once in a while to soak it in and marvel at it all, because believe it or not, it is a time you will look back on with wonder and fondness. We wish to remind you that any discomfort you may feel will be fleeting and forgotten in time, but your participation in the shift of consciousness on your planet will always be honoured and remembered.

Big lulls are always followed by superflow. Would you be ready for that phase to show up in your life? Are you taking advantage of the time you have right now? Are you resting and practicing self care? What can you put in place right now that would be beneficial to you if you were to suddenly become very busy? What can you do right now that you would be likely to wish you had more time for if you were really busy?

As we study waves of energy and how the universe creates balance by action phases and lulls, we see this in action as the tide goes in and the tide goes out, the sun comes up, the sun goes down, and so on. We wish to take this discussion one step further into the experience of the energetically sensitive human being.

Dear Ones, when it seems like there is wave after wave of intensity it is not a sign of trouble or failure. It is a sign of success! It means that you have been systematically making progress over a long enough period that something new is ready to be birthed. Intensity is a sign of big movement and breakthroughs. It is a time to keep your focus, stay committed to the job at hand, and provide whatever care you need for yourself to assure your success.

Dear Ones, the transformational energies are upon you and true to the workings of the universe, they come in waves. Like all waves, some come in strongly and others come in more gently. Regardless of their strength, the process is the same. Receive, accept, find your new balance point, and repeat.

Dear Ones, the best way to soothe yourself during times of energetic intensity is to allow yourself to move with the waves. Trust the rhythm of the universe and the purpose of each part of the process.

The biggest challenge many of you are facing is learning how to navigate your life moving forward based on what you would like to do vs what you have to do. The first chapter of your incarnation had many "presets’ if you will – things on your soul's to-do list that you wanted to experience. These might include soul contracts to connect and interact with others, a desire to balance karma, service contracts to assist in certain ways, and themes you wished to expand on while you were in the body in your desire to heal them once and for all. For many of you it was all about having a 3D experience.
