You have spent so much time taking care of others，things，and events that it is now time to take care of you.We often give so much of ourselves，and forget that we need to take of us first.The angels ask you to remember that it is important to take and set aside time for yourself today.It is time to do something you absolutely love and to do it just for you!

It is so important in these busy times that you remember to refill and replenish yourselves.Many of you give so much of yourselves that you sometimes forget that you are the best use to the Universe when you are replenished，vital and strong.Remember self-first is not the same as self-ish，for when your cup is full，you have more to share with others.Ask your angels to help you set up opportunities in your day to help you enjoy all aspects of your day and ask that these moments become a natural part of your life and that you see these moments of rewards all around you.

Some of the ways you can bring this energy into your life is to take a walk in nature and just be in that moment.Sit and read a book，take a sea salt bath with natural essential oils to soothe and awaken your senses and spend some time with people you love.
