Disentanglement testing phase is proceeding well and it is expected to be completed in about a week. After that, the process of disentanglement of humanity from the Lurker will begin with full force.

Dear friends, I am Jeshua, your brother and kindred spirit. I have been together with you, and I have loved you. Many of you have been on Earth several times, in other lives, when you have been touched by the fire I came to bring. It was the fire of which I was a torchbearer, but certainly not the only one. You are part of a glow flowing into the history of humankind. A new light that wanted to descend to Earth to become rooted here, and I was one of its representatives.
親愛的朋友們，我是約書亞，你的兄長和志同道合的靈魂。我之前和你在一起過，愛過你。你們許多人來過地球好幾次，在其它的生世你被我所帶來的火焰觸動過。我是一個火炬手，但肯定不是唯一的一個。你是流入人類歷史的光輝的一部分。一個新的光想要下降到地球扎根，而我是它的代表之一。
A field of consciousness has emerged that you call the Christ energy, whereas in other languages or cultures, it has a different name. But the essential aspect of the Christ energy, of that impulse that I brought, is the opening of the heart：the lifting of the earthly, collective consciousness to the level of the heart. That level is also the level of the soul.

深深地、緩慢地吸一口氣，然後慢慢地呼氣。如此，你就是決定去愛自己。你選擇讓生命和靈性流入你的身體，滋養你的細胞，鼓勵淋巴的清理，增加循環，邀請我們更加接近你，幫助你的頭腦、身體、心靈創造平衡。你剛剛向宇宙做出了一個強力的聲明："我敞開接收生命和愛"。

許多接受失眠認知行為治療的長者疑惑地問我們，明明退休生活非常輕鬆、也十分規律，沒有煩惱壓力，怎麼失眠的情形依舊沒有改善？我們也常聽到長期失眠者說，原先導致失眠的壓力早就排除了，不明白如今為何還是夜夜難眠。這可是許多失眠者的共同疑問。也許，問題就出在失眠人士太關注「睡覺這件事」了！
失眠者經歷一段失眠的日子之後，不知不覺中逐漸增強對「睡覺」一事的關切；在生活諸事中，「失眠」得到的注意力所占比重逐漸增加。就算導致失眠的特定壓力早已消失，但這般日積月累的關注，已悄悄地讓「失眠」本身轉變為最大壓力源。失眠者開始把睡覺擺第一，分分秒秒提醒自己，晚上可以睡覺的時間一到，就必須立刻上床！

Every day, your world offers you an incredible number of contrasting opinions and behaviors. Whether you are discussing how to maintain your health, happiness, abundance, or sanity, it can be overwhelming if you attempt to sort through all the external opinions to discover which are right for you. If you pay too much attention to the actions and ideas of others, you could easily lose your center and fall into fear about how other's choices affect your life.
每一天，世界都會提供給你驚人數量的不同觀點和行為。無論你是在討論如何保持健康、幸福、豐盛還是理智，如果你試圖整理所有外在的觀點來看看哪一個適合你，這會使你不知所措。如果你過於關注別人的行為和想法，你會很容易失去中心，並對他人的選擇會如何影響你的生活感到恐懼。
